This flat is fully equppied for all your needs and is very clean and tidy. It is very central to all the shops, pubs, attractions all within walking distance. The rental charge for the week was very reasonable taking everything into consideration (location etc).

Stayed in the flat 08/08/2012 to 10/08/2012. Myself and 4 other adults. Excellent location - Castle /Royal Mile / Grass market only a few mins walk away. Only reason I rated the flat as very good and not excellent is the communal hallway into the flat leaves a bad first impression. Although once inside the accommodation is more than adequate. Clean linen provided and good kitchen facility. Only other pointer is the shower tap seems to be in reverse. To get cold water turn to red and vice versa.

Four of us stayed in this flat and there is nothing negative I can find to say about it. Everything was there to make the stay comfortable. It was spotless and we cooked every night as the kitchen was well equipped. Sainsburys was walking distance and if you walked in a different direction you were looking up to Arthurs seat and beautiful hills. We will definitely be back next year.

Great location, easy access to Train, Bus, Shopping, Restaurants, Castle and other sites. Stayed during Fringe Festival and had absolutely no issues with noice from Rose St or neighbors. Thank you for the great stay.

This flat is in a great location in central Edinburgh. Princes Street is a four minute walk to the left and Edinburgh Castle is a four minute walk to the right when you leave the front door. Good supermarkets are a two minute walk away which is important when you are self catering. The flat is very clean, comfortable and with all mod cons. You can cook yourself or take advantage of the various types of restaurants in the nearby streets. Good car park just around the corner from the flat. As a group of 4 adults and 1 child we had plenty of room. I would recommend this flat to anyone looking for a good central location in Edinburgh

Six of us stayed in this flat in June 2012 while attending a conference at EICC. The location is excellent, dead bang in the city centre. Very spacious place, can accommodate up to 16 (in single beds across 5 rooms), and the kitchen is particularly well-endowed (2 fridges, freezers, oven, and crockery for an army); it really saved us money being able to cook our own meals. Could not recommend the flat higher.

Lovely modern apartment with all amenities required. Great central location for tourism. We've already reccommended it to other family members. Car parking space especially appreciated although public transport links good for local travel. If only the weather had matched the accommodation Edinburgh would have been a perfect holiday

From the moment we were met by the owner of the flat we felt like we were home. The flat was spacious and warm and was well equiped. There was a nice welcome pack and a bottle of wine! What more could we ask for. There were 5 of us staying over the weekend and we had plenty of room. We found the three flights of stairs a good way to exercise and there had been excellent information in the flat and in correspondence with the owner about the local area, places to eat and visit. We were within easy walking distance of the main tourist areas of Edinburgh and for Inverleith Park where we started the Moonwalk(our reason for the weekend visit)We cannot wait for next year when we hope to return and would love to use the flat again. Highly recommended. The whole process of booking was easy and hassle free. Well done to everyone involved. Apart from the dreadful weather we couldn't have asked for more.

The flat is very nice, well taken care of, cousy, the wifi had wonderful signal, there was a microwave, fridge, hairdryer, tv, alarm clock, towels, everything you need! That was the first time I rented a flat, and I have to say it was a wonderful experience, for a very good price! I saved good money and felt at home!Hotels are too impersonal. Thanks for the wonderful time!

The location is amazing, it is on the Royal Mile practically a stones throw from the Castle with great views all round. Waverley Station is a short walk & so are the shops on Princes Street as well as the places of interset such as Museam & Galeries. Good location for busses (short ride to the Royal Botanical Gardens)not to mention bars & restaurants. The flat itself is on the top floor - so pretty hard going if you have a lot of luggage, but we have a toddler & we happily managed everyday we were there (with buggy & all!) The flat was clean & well presented, decorated simply & well equiped. The beds were very comfortable - a must after a long day out walking/sightseeing. All in all, we really enjoyed the flat & would happily go there again. Thank you Gill & John ;-)

Completely blown away by the place, the pics we looked at where good but the real thing is so much better. We felt completely at home there, the apartment had everything we needed an was a short walk from the town centre with all it's attractions. Brian is a lovely man, very kind and helpful an we really appreciated the welcome pack. Would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone. We will certainly use it again !!

Wow! what a magnificient corner apartment with spectacular views over the Firth of Forth where you can sit for hours watching the wildlife and the boats go by. One of the best we have ever stayed in. Accommodation is spacious and top quality. The bus stop is just around the corner. Both Asda and top quality restaurants are a short stroll away. Super location. There is ample car parking. We intend to stay there again later this year.

What an amazing apartment. We stayed three nights at forth street for our honeymoon. With a small baby we wanted somewhere central and luxurious, and forth street delivered both. The apartment is well situated near cafes, bars and local shops which give the area a real cosmopolitan feel. The apartment was equipped to the highest standard - including a high chair and cot for the little one. I will be recommending this property to our friends. :-)

This apartment will be your home in Edinburgh! It is comfortable, cosy, complete, nicely decorated, and well taken care of. Around the corner of the castle, and surrounded by cute shops, and little lunchrooms, you'll be short of time and money immediately!

We had a blast in the luxuriously appointed Georgian apartment. The large rooms with the high ceiling was a joy to unwind in. The large windows ensure lots of sunlight inside the apartment. The location is within walking distance to the city centre. A bus-stop right in front of the apartment made it even easier for commuting to all the main attractions in Edinburgh. The welcome hamper of wine, fruits, bread and milk was greatly appreciated. We will definitely return.

the only thing that could improve the flat would be wall mounted mirrors in the bedrooms close to an electrical socket as it would facilitate hair drying. (especially for ladies) Apart from that the flat was excellent and we enjoyed our stay

This apartment was even bigger and better than we thought it was going to be. it looks just like the pictures, although you can't see just how spacious the living area is in these. the owner Liz has thought of everything that you could possibly need for your stay, and had even left us milk and sugar for drinks which was very welcomed as we were arriving late in the evening. The apartment is also perfectly located, just a two minute walk until you're on the royal mile, we didn't need to get a taxi or public transport for our whole stay. A perfect apartment, can't recommend it highly enough.

Modern, spacious and well equipped apartment in a great location. Lots of amenities very close by (cafes, restaurants, pubs, groceries) and also less than 10 minutes walk to the Royal Mile. Wonderful view of Arthur's Seat from the living room. Great to have 2 bathrooms. Free wifi was also very useful. Would definitely stay here again!

This Apartment is in a fantastic location, very easy to find. Was so comfortable I would love to live there. It was 5 minutes walk to Waverley and so centrally located it was brilliant. I would highly recommend this apartment to everyone. The owners were also very helpful and left plenty of information. Will stay here again.
