Flat was excellent for our purpose, well located close to the Grass Market and Royal Mile. Handy parking space and the flat itself was nicely decorated and spacious. Would use again.

Generally well organised and equipped, clean and comfortable, and quiet. Also quite well positioned for all the main Fringe venues. Only adverse comments relate to the bathroom... the toilet seat moves around and disconnects easily from its moorings and the toilet roll holder dips down and on one occasion spontaneously deposited the toilet roll into the bowl. But these are pretty minor things... we had a most enjoyable week.

This was a really lovely flat only about a 10 minute walk from Princes Street etc. Edinburgh is an easy city to walk around so the location was good for us, it was a great base while we stayed for a long weekend during the fringe. Only took about 15 minutes to walk (with luggage) from the bus station. The flat itself was lovely and homely, much preferred it to staying in a hotel. Would recommend it to anyone!

A group of four friends stayed at the flat for a week during the Fringe Festival and it served as a great base for us. Well appointed and comfortable with everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay in the city. We will definitely be using this flat again for any future trips to Edinburgh.

We stayed in this two story appartment for 4 nights in july. This appartment is very complete with everything that we need ( e.g. Washing detergent etc.) It is very clean and in excellent condition. The owner is very kind and helpful.

This flat was perfectly situated for access to all Festival events, both on foot pr by bus,. Bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. The living space was a little cramped for 4 but there was enough space for breakfast and the flat is within walking distance of literally dozens of reasonably priced restaurants. The bathroom is also tiny but the shower is excellent. All in all, a bargain for easy access to the city attractions and a comfortable night's sleep. The welcome provisions were a nice touch and arrangements for arriving and departing very straightforward.

This flat was found to be in excellent condition with all modern conveniences including washer, dryer, dishwasher, large screen Smart-TV and high-speed wireless internet. Located just outside the city centre, it is close to everything yet free from the hustle and bustle of the city. It has its own private parking and, for those without a car, the bus stop is less than a five-minute walk away with routes to the main shopping/business thoroughfare of Princes Street, the University of Edinburgh, Heriot-Watt University, shopping (Asda and Gyle shopping centre) and to the Airport. A Tesco supermarket is also a few short minutes walk away. Altogether a good experience.

Very friendly welcome from Nina. Beautiful quiet building in a central location, walkable from city centre. Very spacious bright living room. Could be done with a lick of paint throughout but very good value and would certainly stay there again.

Went up to Edinburgh first weekend of May, 3 of us stayed at the flat, met by Stephen the owner, he was extremely helpful and friendly, the flat perfect in every way. Location brilliant just a 15 minute stroll into the old town and castle. Would recommend highly.

Great location near bus stop to get easily to the sights and round corner to Tesco. Really quiet spot. Great double bed and kids slept fine on the sofa bed. Helpful support from Lorna and Mandy who rent it out. Good wifi. Easy to get to station on foot or bus.

Alll the mod cons, about 20 minute walk from centre of town but with shops for supplies near by. Unfortunately there was a horrible rotten egg smell in the kitchen which was either coming from the fridge or behind it...apart from that it was a nice apartment. swimming pool and sauna was nice but the gym is not really a gym as not in working order.

The flat was in an excellent location. It was big enough for our needs and decorated to a decent standard. We did not like the saniflow toilet in the bathroom which was very noisy. Most of all however the shower was appalling, it had no pressure whatsoever and would be a reason that I would not rent this flat again. I would still be interested in renting from the company again.

We had a grand time at this 2 bedroom flat. Cockburn Street is one of the most picturesque roads as it winds away from the Royal Mile to the Waverley Bridge. It was great to be right in the middle of things - an easy distance to New Town and right in the heart of old town.

My family visited from the US and we had three couples staying in the flat. We had a great time and loved the foodie excellence of Stockbridge. Everything was in great working order and the landlord went out of her way to make things easy for us, sending the keys ahead of our visit. The only think I would cite is that the flat is on top of a pizza hut. The pizza hut's kitchen exhaust is right below the window of the flat's en suite bathroom which makes the back of the flat smell like pizza in the evening. It proved a bit irresistible, especially with a ridiculous low prize for pizza that is picked up! Great price, great location and a great landlord!!

Ideal in every sense; location, price, size. For a group of 4/5 people travelling to Edinburgh for the Fringe Festival, this was the perfect apartment to rent. Will certainly use again in the future, if available.

It is a nice experience to live in a 18th century georgian house. Excellent location and views. Suitable for a family stay.

This is an excellent, comfortable and well-equipped flat and very good value. It is an excellent base for exploring Edinburgh especially during the Festival, with good parking so you can leave the car and catch the buses that run frequently to the City Centre, every 15 mins, including a night bus. Very helpful and welcoming owners. Seaside views and walks into the bargain.

We really loved this flat - light and airy and with the promised view of the Forth! well worth the walk up to the second floor. The location was really great with lots of local shops restaurants and pubs and just a walk to New Town and the City Centre. The rooms were larger than we expected and the flat was comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay there again.
