The apartment was in a good location and only 10 minutes away from the station. The facilities were good but it would have been nice to have been allowed more towels, 1 per person for 5 days doesn't feel enough. Overall it was pleasent and cosy until a few days before leaving when we found a mouse. We contacted the rental firm who said they would come out and put poison and traps while we were out for the day though there didn't appear to be any evidence of them doing this. Overall it was a pleasent stay marred by an unexpected visitor.

excellent flat. All questions were answered promptly by text (eg how to use computer, where to find an emergency dentist!) Shower was mended quickly. Have just made a note of it as would definitely go back when we next go to the Edinburgh festival.

We have just returned from our mini break to Edinburgh and our wonderful stay in this fantastic apartment. Close to bus routes and and conveniently next to Superstore. The apartment is really lovely we could not have asked for more. We would recommend this apartment for a wonderful relaxing stay. We are definately going to rebook.

We had a good time staying here. The flat is in excellent location to visit the castle and bus stops are just right around the corner to go nearby tourist spots. Marsha was so kind to welcome us and had nicely prepared the flat ready with milk, biscuits, butter, tea, coffee etc. We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful flat and for sure will recommend it, rated A!

Very much in line with other reviews. The outseide is a bit basic, but inside all you could want, would certainly use this again for the festival. Very comfortable and well placed for the city centre. I have to say that the flat was very clean when we arrived and the agents were very helpful.

Hosts were great and fast at responding to msgs and phone calls. Flat is very nice, modern and central. We found sharing 2 bathrooms amongst 13 people a bit difficult but the bathrooms are large, clean and well maintained. Flat is probably more suited for 13 than 16, unless there were few children who can share the sofa beds in the living room. All in all really nice flat, recommended along with the hosts.

The images of this appartment did not do it justice. It was much more spacious than it looked in the photographs. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. It was very easy to get around Edinburgh from this position with buses and Haymarket Station.

Great flat with an aspect in lovely terrace. Lots of space and comfy bed, sofa. Walking distance from West End, New Town and Modern Art Galleries. Five mins to buzzy Stockbridge. Good value and efficient agent.

The apartment has many positive features (spacious, clean, quiet, well appointed kitchen). Utilities work and are easy to control. There are a few negatives, possibly subjective for some visitors : - walking distance to "city center" at the comfort limit. - the close vicinity looks a little "drab". - the building common spaces are not welcoming. - the bathroom faucets are separate (cold/hot), more than annoying. - the TV set is smaller than a laptop monitor ... but plenty of programs available (no "sports").

The flat has been refurbished to a high standard and is bright and airy. It is not in a central location, but the area is pleasant and quiet and there is a good bus service every half hour to the city centre; journey time 10 minutes. On street parking available. The landlord is very obliging.

The flat is a good size nad was very clean and tidy. In an attempt to be helpful in making this a perfect experience I would suggest some small things. A bit more crockery in the kitchen, newer towels in the bathroom and less furniture in the lounge. Also couldn't get the tv to work but that's probably more to do with me!

Easy to navigate, well organised booking and payment. Efficient and friendly meet and greet service. Apartment was a compact but well laid out, homely 2 bed-apartment. Well maintained and clean - like somebody actually cared. Well equipped with virtually everything you could need - although we didn't find the microwave (under the sink!) until we were packing up to leave. Easy walking distance to all of Edinburgh's main attractions. Nearest free parking approx 1 mile away - which in Edinburgh is brilliant!

A really nice place to stay in Edinburgh. Very clean flat, completely equipped and very spacious. Nice small garden. Fair price. Small supermarket and some take-aways around the corner. 10-15 min by bus to city center. Thanks to Rosemary to offering this flat to visitors.

Friendly welcome. Very clean. Great big TV, fantastic for watching Olympics. Two lovely bathrooms, very nice master bedroom with huge bed. Great location, 15 minute walk to the Festival. (A bit noisy from road traffic, and duvets too hot!) Would definitely recommend

Initial impressions were that the flat was a little tired and shabby. However it was well equiped, clean and comfortable but if more than 2 adults stay here it will be a squash. The loo takes a very long time to refill between flushes. The location is great as the street is quiet and everywhere is within easy walking distance. We would stay here again for this very reason. It was great to have internet access. The info folder is a bit messy and we missed the timings for putting out the rubbish may be a laminated sheet with key info could be left on the kitchen table. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would recommend Edinburgh Flats.

Social areas excellent, the second double room not really a double. You need to sort the ventilation in the bathrooms, this was not working. Everyone had a lovely ho.iday

Lovely friendly welcome. Nice clean apartment with a very well equipped kitchen and fantastic shower. Twenty minute walk to the centre, but plenty of buses so a very convenient location. Only slight quibbles were: could have done with a bigger table, another chair in bedroom and duvets fell off, but overall, we had a very pleasant stay.
