“The apartment was a good as the pictures. We were shown all necessry details about apppliances etc we were suprised by the quality and cleanliness of the place. It was excellent value fro six people and a taxi into Edinburgh town centre was around £10 cheaoer than the bus. I would defnately stay again and recommendthe aprtment to friend and familyh.”

“This extremely spacious apartment has a wonderful southfacing lounge with bay window. The dining kitchen is well equipped, and the flat is cosy. Bedrooms are large and comfortable, and the situation peaceful. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, either towards Princes Street or nearby Stockbridge. Even closer at hand is Waitrose. There is a wide choice of frequent buses, and Haymarket station is less than 15 minute walk away. The owner is helpful and attentive, even welcoming us with vases filled with flowers. This was an excellent choice for our family with three teenagers, and we would readily stay here again.”

The decor is clean and bright and this flat is well equipped in all rooms. Holyrood Palace is walkable through the park. We would recommend this flat to our friends.”

“Located in a cul-de-sac, assuring a quiet stay, the flat is clean and newly renovated. Shops and pubs are available at short distance. The kitchen is well equipped and a good quality internet connection is available. The only little drawback is if having a car, spaces are only available to Edinburgh residents, it has to be parked a little distance away (about 1km).”
“We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning before too long. The flat is up 4 flights of stairs, which will not suit everyone, but it is cosy and well appointed. Communication with the owner was great and the milk in the fridge and Kit Kats waiting for us were a lovely touch.”
“We very much enjoyed our stay in this flat and would definitely stay here again. It's lovely and very spacious. It's close to several wonderul shops and an amazing deli. The owner was very communicative and bent over backwards to help us before, during and after our stay. The only drawbacks we found were that it's located directly above a Pizza Hut. The aroma would waft upstairs and was too tempting to resist on several nights. Perhaps you're stronger than we were, but this could cause a problem if you're watching what you eat. Also, there were dog hairs in the flat. Although we didn't bring a dog, we're used to this fact of dog life. If you are sensitive to dog fur you might think twice.”

“We were six together during a long weekend in late November. The flat was just perfect for us. It was clean and tidy and the bathrooms were very good. The beds were comfortable in the bedrooms. The livingroom was modest and nice and the kitchen had all the necessary equipments. The central heating worked well. The position was just great. The only things that we can complain about is the entrance to the flat (untidy and rough) and for light sleepers, there is a noice when you walk on the parket floor. Pigions are staying close to the window in one of the bedrooms and interupted the sleep of those there. The service from Edinburgh flats was very good and we were especially happy with the permission to be able to stay in the flat a few hours longer because of our flight in the late afternoon. We would book this flat again.”
“We enjoyed staying down by the docks in Leith. This is a very warm and comfortable house and the courtyard situation reduces traffic noise a lot.Leith is full of interesting sights and the buses to central city are excellent.”

“The flat is nicely furnished, clean, modern (but with an amazing touch of nostalgia), in an extremely good condition and perfectly located within a short walk to nearly all city centre attractions. The owner is very friendly, the holiday-maker feels warmly welcome from the very first moment. All necessary and helpful features such as hair-dryer, flat iron, even umbrellas are available. The only thing we were missing in the evenings were cosy woollen blankets when watching tv on the couch. But that's absolutely forgiveable. :-) Thumbs up, completely and utterly!”
“We spent a fantastic weekend in Edinburgh helped by the fact that we stayed at this property. The key collection was hassle free and close to the property. We were greeted by a friendly face and shown to the flat quickly. Inside the flat is well equipped and the rooms were spotless clean and freshly decorated, the only thing I would say is that the lighting isn't great, maybe because of the wall colour being red or the energy light bulbs but that wasn't a big problem. The front bedroom was facing onto grassmarket and there was some noise but I personally wasn't affected by this and in my opinion adds to the atmosphere. The flats location was ideal for our purpose and easy to find, within walking distance from the bus station. I and my companions were very happy with our stay and felt that it was very good value considering the location and facilities provided in the property. We will definitely be back for another stay on our next visit to Edinburgh.”
