“This flat is lovely - cheerful, immaculate and well appointed. Everything you could possibly need and more. Bedding and towels all lovely quality and freshly laundered. Kitchen also very well equipped for proper cooking. Great shower too.

“We spent a week in this wonderful and incredibly spacious flat. It is well-equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay and the beautiful living room is great for relaxing in the evening. Teresa, the owner, put freshly-cut flowers around the flat, which added a very personal touch. The location is great for getting out and about in Edinburgh - Stockbridge, with superb shops and restaurants, is within walking distance and if you don't feel like walking into the city, there's a bus stop a stone's throw away from the flat. The flat is also incredibly quiet, as both bedrooms look out over the garden. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return.”

“We have stayed in a few flats/apartments but this was the bast so far. It's huge, in a great area and is in great condition. We would stay here next time we go to Edinburgh and thank Brian for his basket of goodies and tips. Great being able to leave the car and not worry about it too - loved it!!”
“We stayed in this flat for 6 nights during our visit to Edinburgh. It was clean, cozy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owner even left a lovely selection of snacks, tea, coffee, jam and a few other essentials including. It is a little bit out of town but the bus stop is only a 10 minute walk away which the bus ride then only takes about 10 mins to Princess St. I loved Stockbridge which was only a few stops away on the bus, with its great range of charity stores, cute cafes, deli's and my fav, a french Patisserie with selling delicious macaroons! all up, great value for money and I would definitely recommend staying here!”

“Four ladies on a hen party stayed and had a wonderful time. The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated, plenty of room for all of us and our shoes!! Perfect location on the Royal Mile. Even the four flights of stairs were no problem and we went home fitter then we arrrived. Our greeter was lovely and made picking up the keys easy. Fab time !!”

Interior gave the impression of a 'lived-in' flat rather than a soulless aparthotel type of accommodation. Very much to our liking, Equipment plentiful and comfortable. Kitchen - all that could be asked. Being a ground floor flat, very convenient for less-than-mobile nonagenarians”
