Pictures in add don,t give a good impression of how large the flat is (purely an observation for the owner)Would definitely benefit from a couple of fans or mobile air con unit, as very warm during the lovely weather we had for our stay.
Will definitely rent this property again as suited us perfectly. 2 adults and 2 teenagers !

“This is a very comfortable, well presented and remarkably quiet garden flat in a good location, with shops, take-aways and restaurants close by. For the energetic it is located within easy walking distance of Princes Street, alternatively you can catch a bus at the bottom of the street (handily placed for a number of bus routes to get you around Edinburgh). Recommend a visit to the nearby Botanic Gardens. Suffice to say, like many others, we enjoyed our stay and have no hesitation in recommending this flat to you.”
“Lovely apartment with superb views of Edinburgh castle – couldn’t ask for more! The whole place is well equipped with everything you’ll need during a stay (particularly the kitchen – alternatively Grass Market is full of restaurants from a range of cuisines). “Had a great stay in the apartment with my family (inc. 5 yr old daughter). Its ideally located just off the royal mile, 10 mins walk from Waverley station (or c£5 taxi ride). The apartment is clean, and well equipped, including wifi.”

“We loved our stay here. The flat is fully equipped with everything you could ever need...and more! The location is ideal, walking distance to the beach and a few minutes from the main trainline which will have you in the centre of Edinburgh in 7 minutes.
Our greeter was fantastic and very helpful as we arrived very late in the evening - she was there to welcome us with tea & biscuits!

“We were delighted with our stay.The landlord could not have been more obliging and thoughtful. The entry on the site does not do justice to the quality of the accommodation. It is light, spacious and very well equipped. Some improvements are still ongoing but the quality of the provision so far is outstanding. We were a group of 8 and it suited our purposes perfectly. There was ample room for 3 more but it would require sharing rooms...perfect for groups with younger children for example. I would recommend it to anyone and if we go back to Edinburgh in such a large group I won't look anywhere else.”
“This is a lovely flat. Plenty of room for 4 people, clean and well equipped. Really excellent views and in a prime location for sight-seeing. Brian (the owner) was very welcoming. The only down side is that, although not on the main road, there is traffic noise at night, which bothered me, but not my husband (take ear plugs!). Would stay again though as everything else is brilliant. Thanks!”
“Apartment is modern, spotless and is tastefully decorated that provides a real homely feeling. The location is superb with short walking access to lots of restaurants, pubs and shops. Gill greeted us and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended and we look forward to staying again.”

“First requirement for us was easy car parking. No difficulty parking right outside the house. Close to bus stop into town and also to Cameron Toll shopping centre.

“The flat was in an excellent location, within walking distance of the ocean shopping centre with its shops and cinemas as well as the Royal Yacht Britania, but far enough away to be quiet. The flat was warm, had all the facilities we needed and was very clean. A lovely view from the balcony across the water, with a view of the sea & docks in one direction and the cafe's, hotels and bars on The shore in the other. No need to use the car as buses run every few minutes into Edinburgh centre, you can even walk back (we did it in about 40 mins)”
