I found this house very well equiped and everything anyone would need. It was clean, and it was brilliant to have our welcome pack containing Milk, bread, coffee/tea there when we arrived after a long journey rather than having to wait until we got to a shop. I would certainly stay there again.

Highly recommend this flat. Tastefully decorated, new kitchen and bathroom. Cozy and relaxing space. Sweet little garden area. We would definitely stay here again. The pub next door is full of friendly people when you just need a pint at the end of the day.

Fantastic apartment, ideally situated in the city centre. It was very well styled and decorated giving a nice homely feeling, the apartment included all amenities needed. The only one negative point I would add was that a few more mirrors or a full mirror would have been ideal. But all in all fantastically priced, welcoming, lovely apartment.

This apartment is steps away from the Royal Mile and is clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable and there were several good restaurants to choose from within walking distance. Could be a bit noisy on the weekend due to traffic on St. Mary's but all in all a nice place to stay.

We recently stayed in this New Town apartment and really couldn't fault the apartment or the service we received. Throughout the booking process I found the landlord to be helpful and understanding in respect of my enquiries. Our meeter was equally helpful both in the run up to our stay, and when we arrived at the apartment to collect the keys. The apartment itself is modern, spacious and well equipped - the photos online really don't do it justice! The apartment is also in a really good location, close to Broughton Street and only a 20-30 minute walk to Prices St/The Royal Mile. we would definitely recommend this apartment!

What a great location! I initially planned to stay in a hotel but found this to be cheaper with all the extras. By the posted pictures I expected it to be smaller. When I met with Jane and she showed me around I was amazed. Large rooms, great living room with a fireplace and views. Kitchen had everything and stores and restaurants on the street below. Thank you Jane! If I get back to Edinburgh I will stay here again.

While I thought the flat it's self was clean and neat I felt there were aspects of it that were very dissapointing. The size of the bathroom/shower were poor and there was not enough room to turn the door knob fully. The sofa (which was incredibly uncomfortable) was placed facing the opposite wall away from the tv and as I later learned this was to cover a large exposed stone. The tv set up its self had a poor arial quality and only half the channels. Furthermore I believe one of the sets of keys may not work in the outside door correctly as it resulted in being locked out numerous times. The biggest negative however I found was that the beds were so squeaky we were un able to get any sleep whatsoever on the first night. This forced me to go and buy a set of Allen keys for £14.99 to attempt to fix the bed which only marginally improved it. Aside from the flat being clean and neat I also was grateful of the ample parking.

Myself and some colleagues stayed in this flat whilst attending a conference at the Puma Carlton and Raddison Blu. It was well located, a short walk from the action, but on a quiet street. Inside the flat is clean, comfortable, very spacious and incredibly well equipped (especially the kitchen). It was like having a home from home. It is also worth mentioning that the bedrooms have decent thick curtains which actually keep out the light - very useful as we were staying during summer solstice! I would recommend this flat to anyone planning a trip to Edinburgh. For the price it was extremely good value.

This flat was immaculate and in a good location with excellent transport links even though most attractions are within walking distant. The landlord was very accommodating with arrival and departure times. Quite a large deposit was required but as this is returned it does not present too much hassle.

Beautiful house and very spacious. Although parking is at a premium two small vehicles can be parked in front of an adjacent garage. Well worth a second visit as it is also within walking distance of Edinburgh.

The flat's nice enough, quite small but makes good use of the space. Unfortunately, we couldn't work out how to get a decent shower. Perhaps the pressure on the boiler was low, but we couldn't get hot water for more than a minute at a time. It didn't help that hot and cold weren't marked, and it takes a long time for the hot to come through. None of the taps is labelled for "hot and cold", which is OK if you live in a place, but bad for visitors. The handle on the living room door is placed where you catch your knuckles when closing the door. The bed has a ridge down the middle, so it slopes down toward either edge. Oh, and the lighting wiring in the kitchen looks dodgy - one light over the sink worked intermittently. There's a radio provided, but the aerial isn't adequate. On the positive side, Ii's a good price, and in a good location (if you don't mind the long climb up the eight flights of stairs). It's nice that free Internet access is provided, and that it's easy to use. Oh, and the "ceramic hob" is actually an induction hob, which is nice.

Delighted with our stay in the flat, which was warm, comfortable, spacious, tastefully decorated and fitted out to the highest specifications. It made an ideal base for our explorations of Edinburgh and its surroundings. Looking forward to returning!

We travelled up from the south to spend a few days in Edinburgh and didn't know what to expect of the accomodation and we were late arriving. But we had a very warm reception from the owner who showed us the apartment and what a delightful and spacious ground floor apartment it was. Everthing we required from fully equiped kitchen, two large bedrooms and an enormous wood pannelled, high ceiling lounge. Our stay was so comfortable and luxurious surrounded by art and arrangments of flowers we had to force ourselves to leave and explore the city. Charlotte Square was in easy reach and a bus stop outside the terrace provided alternative access to the city centre. I can't praise the accomodation enough, situated in a glorious terrace off the main road and excellent value. We will certainly be returning.

Nice and helpful owner, plenty of space - not only kitchen with dinner table but also big living room with great adjoining balcony. all kinds of kitchen stuff for self-catering, washing machine, warm water and heating perfectly working. friendly neighbours (we were 6 persons around 25 with rain-grimy bicycles and maybe a little noisy in the evenings, but only met tolerance and joviality), quiet area a little outside but city center is inside larger walking distance. we liked it very much and can only warmly recommend the apartment.
