“We travelled from the Midlands to see the Madonna Concert at Murrayfield. We were stuck in traffic for several hours on the M6, delaying us by 3hrs. This wasn't a problem for Stewart, the owner, who was there to greet us with a friendly smile and a taxi number to get to the gig! The apartment is in a great location, with lovely bars and restaurants minutes away, buses every 5 mins in to the city centre and comfy beds to sleep in after cramming in all the sight-seeing each day :o)”

“Lovely property, host could not do enough to help. Quiet location but there was everything close by if you needed it. Home from home, free to do your own thing, clean and tidy, lots of other little things left in the property for your use made a difference. Free parking and you were minutes from bus stop of which the public transport was fantastic and cost effective, finally the beds were luxurious, comfy and cosy we did not want to come home and will never stay in a hotel in Edinburgh again, will always see if this flat is free. “we were quite impressed with the apartment and its location. we also considered staying again in the future. we left the house in almost prefect condition without giving it a professional standard of cleaning, something we had not been requested to do as we were of the understanding that a cleaner would arrive after we left. i am very surprised and totally unimpressed. and extra £40 was deducted from our damages deposit.totally unjustifed in my opinion.i'm just sorry i didnt take the photos i considered taking to prove everything was left as we found it.”
“The flat was situated in a lovely area very close to Edinburgh city.We chose to use the bus into the city,10 mins travel,cheap fare,and no parking hassle!.The flat has all you need for self catering, but there are plenty of eating places minutes away.Fantastic apartment as long as you can manage steps.Would definately recommend.”

“I was extremely pleased with this apartment. It was definitely big (not the toilet area) and had the things I needed to survive. Great location! I could be at Grassmarket, the Castle, St. Giles, the active part of the Royal Mile and Princes Street within minutes. The place can use some cosmetic upgrades which they are working on but I would definitely stay there again. I miss it already.”
