“I purchased my wife’s diamond engagement ring from Edwin Novel 3 years back. The ring needed to be cleaned and polished to remove scratches from the bottom of the ring. The local jeweler wanted to charge me $160 and Edwin Novel did it for free. Free maintenance was part of the life time warranty. My wife’s ring looks exactly like the first day I purchased it.”

“Everything looks very good. Also I want to say that for once in my online buying experience your company's communication surpasses anything I have experienced. From ordering, processing, and shipping I was very surprised at the amount of communication for this transaction.
