“I saw the reviews about them but wasn't sure if I believed them so I ordered something cheap to see if the service is really what everyone is saying and boy oh boy, I was wrong. The payment service alone is very secure and they take care of you like you are the only customer. Very impressed. Going for an upgrade within 2 weeks from the initial purchase.”

“My ring is amazing! More beautiful than I imaged it would be. I was concerned I was not spending enough money and my expectations were not very high but Edwin Novel Jewelry Design truly created exactly what I wanted and gave me incredible value. Trust me I shopped way more than I should have. The customer service was perfect and the response time was above and beyond what I expected. I was able to work directly with Lisa which was a great experience, she was patient, knowledgeable and she proved she really cares and has passion for what she does. I highly recommend Edwin Novel. I had a wonderful experience. I will return and have Lisa design the perfect wedding band for my ring.”

“They deal with natural diamonds only. Jewelry is handcrafted so it takes time. I wish they could speed up the process but I think for a quality product, time is necessary”

“The custom design that I wanted was very complicated and required a lot of attention to detail. I worked very closely with ENJD team and they kept me informed every step of the way. After my final approval, everything was done and I received my gorgeous ring. I wish I could post a photo here to show everyone how professionally my ring was made.”

“The ring is stunning. Diamonds are very high quality, they sparkle in the dark. I love the clean and modern lines of channel set. I work as anesthesiologist so I use my hands a lot and wanted the diamonds protected in channel set when I touch metal iv poles etc. I love that I went with bigger stones so the band can be worn by itself as well. Again the rings are beautiful. Besides I knew it would be beautiful. You have an excellent reputation.”

“My order was delayed because the first ring which was crafted did not pass the quality control. "Yeah, they have that thing where quality is checked". Anyway, the delay was only 1 day and the customer service supervisor was happy to give me free overnight shipping worth $30 for my inconvenince. I am happy that the final product that I received was superb.”
