“Customer service was extremely helpful and kind. The piece I had custom ordered turned out beautifully, and I have plan to have a couple more made in the future. My only issue was that the diamond was a little loose, I’m glad that I can return it have it fixed.”

“Edwin Novel over-performed on everything and I am beyond happy with the purchase of my 1.25 carat engagement ring and band! Excellent customer service - professional, clear answers to my questions, and prompt. Jeweler built QUALITY ring to-order and was spot-on with all of the customization. Priced SO MUCH BETTER than ANYTHING I saw in-store and beautiful and sparkly as anything in-store. Delivery was communicated and was secure. Completely satisfied! Great company to work with!”

“I wanted to upgrade the setting for my wife's engagement ring. I did a google search and Edwin Novel Jewelry Design came up as the best reviewed and recommended. I just am seriously so happy I found this place. I was very nervous to take my wife's stone and leave it somewhere and not only did they make me super comfortable, but they gave the best service overall. They designed the setting in 3D and made it exactly like it was displayed on the website. The pricing was also way less than the original setting I got, but I got more diamonds and the color was very good as well.”

“The ring is lovely. This will be my wedding band and it fits very nicely next to my pear shaped engagement ring. It is wider and thicker on top than on bottom, which helps it fit more comfortably. It shipped right on time and the price is amazing.”
