“Edwin Novel Jewelry Company has been great. I LOVE my ring it also comes with lifetime warranty and rhodium plating as needed. You can also save a lot of money by ordering the diamond online. Very helpful and they resized my ring without questions.”

“Having purchased some items from Edwin Novel Jewelry Design, I was confident that buying an engagement ring would be simple. IT WAS! I knew I'd be happy with the ring that I designed, and I AM! But I was not too sure then if she'd be happy with it - SHE IS! Novel is THE way to go for me. “Item was made to order and was what I was looking for. Dealer was flexible and addressed concerns, very prompt to reply to questions. I wish I could have arranged alternative shipping address vs my billing address, but its policy they cannot do this. Basically if you have any questions give them a call and they will be quick to respond and fair with how they do business! I recommend custom orders as they are flexible and made to order comes perfect!”
