The only reason I canceled is because, over time, we started receiving some duplicate items—but that really speaks to how long we stayed with them and how much we enjoyed the experience.
I also want to mention their customer service, which has been outstanding. Anytime I’ve reached out, I’ve received a response within minutes, and they’ve always been friendly and helpful. Truly worth their own special shout-out.

“What can I say, they have been sooo helpful, when things seem to go wrong, but they have stepped up time and time again to make sure everything is good. “We received our first box and I am amazed. In a world where nothing you receive is high quality any more, I just assume I will always be disappointed. Not the case today! This box was amazing! 3 hours of work and play for my daughter and a huge high quality stuffed animal.. amazing. I went on and signed up for a year subscription!! Sooo glad I tried this!
