“My experience with this company has been less than ideal for sure. It took forever to receive my first box. I had to send emails and leave voicemails looking for answers. The lack of response had me believing that this whole company was a scam. Eventually, I heard back that my subscriptions would be shipping. However, when they arrived it was not the whole cute box they advertise but just the stuffed animal. I purchased a three month…so we will see what happens with this next box. But so far, I’m not impressed and wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone! And I’ve already cancelled any renewing subscription after my initial 3 boxes.”
