“Was good until they send the sand. Sand was everywhere in the box. I just tossed it out because it was to much for me to handle. The second box I recieved as the replacement was thr same, I took the time to clean everything which was not something I would wish on anyone! And there's still blue sand falling out of it. Then I was charged and sent a 3rd box after I tried to cancel so now I have 3 boxes of sand everywhere. I canceled (double checked) because this is an aweufl experience and I do not want to go through it again. Never had this much of an issue with any other box. We have been subscribed for over a year and I'm sad to stop but I just cannot.”

“The program itself is fantastic and six year old granddaughter who is an only child loves it. Would buy a subscription for other 6 year old granddaughter who has 4 year old sister but there is no way to add on a second stuffed animal and that is sadly a dealbreaker. Would happily buy if this could happen.”
