“My 4 year old absolutely loved her first box at Christmas! All the activities were appropriate and engaging. My only negative is that we signed up for a 3 month subscription and just received our January box today on 1/28. I would have thought it would have shipped out at the beginning of the month and we would have had it for all of January, but now it really is going to be used in February.”

“After the mailman didn't deliver package correctly I was worried because we couldn't get through to customer service, it took longer than expected but as soon as they got a hold of me they were prompt and offered a replacement right away and that to me is great customer service and makes then worth getting!”

“We were looking for small stuffed leopards in bulk for a graduation party. I was able to order 2 dozen. However, when I returned to the site to order another dozen, I was unable to order the leopards without a subscription. We managed a work-around and don't need them, but this was confusing.”
