Even in the process, they started checking my line for problem with the router when all I wrote was about returns.

The only successful communication I had was with tech team who were the ones advising my plan was a data only plan and I nEEded to speak to 'returns'.

I had my returns package posted to an old flat, I asked them to resend it (not something you'd do if you weren't going to send it) and when they said it didn't arrive I reached out to them immediately.

Now I am giving all the facts and their customer service kEEp telling me that they will pass me returns ( not 1 mention of refunding me) great loyalty these guys show.

They have agrEEd that it is their mistake but the client still gets charged £50 per month on top of his normal bill for nothing! The manager of the shop never returns my calls and the last time I have bEEn left on hold for 40 min until I put the phone down.

on the internet if you put in EE returns and you click yes to the 14 period and in store they say that you are allowed to cancel the contract.
