“Excellent salesman, office staff and fitters. The two young fitters arrived at 8.30 a.m. and were finished by 1.00 p.m. They were incredibly well organised, the wiring to the inverter and the meter was extremely neat, the solar panels were well set out with no damage to the roof tiles. The two fitters cleared all the rubbish and only requested a glass of water each. The office has been particularly helpful with the filling out of all the forms. I would not hesitate in recommending the company.”

“Our installation went very smoothly with no issues. Both Craig the roofer and Jake the electrician worked tremendously hard throughout the day and the installation went very smooth with no issues. These two lads are truly a credit to the company, their attitude and their behaviour whilst in our home was truly professional and they both deserve to be acknowledged for this as they are portraying a very good image for the business. The office staff are also, pleasant and are very prompt and efficient when sending out the associated paperwork and also with follow up calls to see if you are happy with the installation. Overall we are extremely pleased with the complete service from start to finish, a truly professional company.”

“From the initial contact we were really impressed with EEC Solar, information was emailed to us to consider before the surveyor visited us at home, we didn't feel under pressure to buy and all our questions were politely answered, we took our time and sought other quotes but for us no other company matched this one. The installation was carried out efficiently and time was taken to explain the system afterwards. All the paperwork needed for our energy supplier was emailed and then posted to us with duplicate copies for our own records and support was on hand to help us to complete it. We would recommend EEC Solar for their excellent customer service and value for money.”

“Many thanks to Craig the electrician & Peter the roofer who came to fit my solar PV system. It was a horrible day, wet & windy, but they just got on with it in a very professional manner & with good humour. Arrived at 7.50am & system was complete & producing electricity by 4.20pm...And, we had a laugh !! Would have no hesitation in recommending EEC. I decided on them after quotes from 3 other companies. The thing which clinched the deal for me was the fact of how long they have been established & the variety of services they offer, ie all their eggs are not in the Solar PV basket. The price of the system & guarantee given were also unrivalled. Brilliant.”

“A quality approach through out from initial inquiry, to the very thorough, polite, informative visit by a company representative, for whom nothing was to much trouble. The planning of the installation date accommodated our work schedules with consistent checking and reassurance of any inquiry's. The installation was completed to a high standard, with the system talked through, manuals left and all waste removed. The two 'Mike's' (installers) were very professional and brilliant ambassadors for a quality company. I have no involvement with this company only as a satisfied customer.”

“From start to finnish all i can say is what an excellent company this is.All my questions were answered honestly with no pushy sales tactics.The fitters were well manered and very helpful and tidy.The after sales team were also excellent especialy with the FIT application which i can say is now up and running and just waiting for my first payment.If anyone reading this review as any doubts like i had about solar.I can highly recommend EEC Home Improvements.Thanks guys.”

“We got a few companys round for information and quotes on solar panels. Then we found EEC who sent a man round called nick Cope. Nick was brilliant and had all the information and knowledge we need and more to make us feel this was the right company we would choose to install our system. Nick was so professional and made the other companies seem like cow boys. We accepted the quote and made a deposit and the system was fitted a few weeks later in one day. Once we was fully happy with the job we paid the full amount. We have had the system about 3 weeks and it works brilliant. We would like to say thank you to nick cope and EEC for a very professional job”

“From order to installation was just a few days. Cannot believe just one electrician and one roofer did a full install in just one day. They were friendly and skilled. They were very willing to explain things clearly and answered all my questions. When they left all debris had gone, even the leaves in the gutters I had a 4Kw system installed and on the first day after connection and a hazy sunny day (Friday 13th March) it generated 6kwh. The admin section was equally efficient getting all the relevant forms, certificates and invoices to me by the following Tuesday, allowing me to get on the FiT programme by Wednesday 18th March. I also found monitoring the system on my phone very easy. They were also extremely helpful when I asked for help with the system and giving explanations where necessary. I would gladly recommend the company.”

“My son who has also recently had it installed by EEC Solar, recommended the whole idea of Solar PV and I must say it is a fantastic idea as not only do I get a feeling of being Green but also I make money out of it!! I now have 16 panels and at a cost of approx £6500. I have an income of approx £450 from the Feed in Tarif ( FIT ) as well as an unknown smaller figure from my savings in electricity bills. With current low interest rates ( 0.5% ) this is a very good investment ( min 8% with no tax ) if you have spare cash ( pension lump sum ). EEC were extremely helpful and organised the essential D band rating EPC certificate ( this is necessary to get a satisfactory FIT ). The installation took one day and the fitters were very pleasant and efficient. There was one panel which needed correction which they did within a week with no pestering ( in fact they told us by reading the Solar Edge results at their end that it needed doing ). I would recommend the Solar Edge extra ( approx £800 ) as it gives you more power if there is any shading and also gives you a fantastic display on your computer of the power generated by each panel everyday with graphs of output on a monthly weekly or daily basis. So far I have had it 2 weeks and have generated 100 KWH ( approx £20 overall value ) in mid March when we have had at 50% of the weather very cloudy.”
