First of all, I like Eezee always sends me survey asking for a review. This gives me abundance of chance to feedback any room for improvement. Secondly, Ms Selene from UI/UX Design team is open to discuss and troubleshoot issues on the item link I encountered. Last but not the least, Ms Ansherine is always very approachable and patient in answering all my enquiries. I believe all this contribute to a positive long term relationship with your company. Goods well received with proper sealed packaging. Delivery was late 1 day compared to the confirmation note and no notification was shared on this even in confirmation note stated a details will shared once the goods are on delivery. Overall all is okay.

Very disappointed. things order was not in time some even wait for weeks. I got to cancel PO. buyers did not follow up closely. I think buyer need to be more proactive in purchasing items. All items in Eezee need to be monitored very closely. Eezee is suppose to be very easy to order but not now.

All is fine except for the shipping info once item has been shipped out. Did not get that shipping info and delievery was at my gate. Please review SOP.

There is a "invoice" button in your website for the product that I have purchased but it is not working now . Your "invoice" button should work in such a way when I click it, I can download a copy of invoice, or the invoice can be sent to me. As per now, I always need to send a request to your customer service for invoice. B2B always need invoice.

Your customer service is very good, one of the best I’ve experienced out there. Dias is very good. However I hope the platform can be improved to reflect the correct quality in inventory, or lead time if it is out of stock. At times the product I purchased from your site seems to be out of stock and a refund had to be processed - it can be quite inconvenient on my end as I need to take extra step to process the claims and submit a refund to my finance department. I hope your platform can be smart enough in future to block the purchase of items if they are not in inventory, or reflect the lead time so the customer can be more well informed before making a purchase.
