Base on my last 3 months experience, wrong item EEZEE source compare to item I am required, cancelling of PO due to item stock out, wrong item deliver to my store, price expensive compare to other seller, too little item information and photos, low photo qualities. kind of time wasting.

I have bought from Eezee twice but both times requires top up of the difference and this is not a very good way to trade and for a trading platform, this is not a very transparent way to deal with customers. For other platforms, once the price advertised, no matter whatever the reason, it should be honored as per advertised or shown on the website and not coming back to the customer to inform them that the price was for old stocks or whatsoever reasons. Even if it is old stock price, it is either Eezee should take down the advertisement or should bear the difference. There is also experience of delivery fee was extremely high and that had caught me off guard which I have to cancel the order.

1. Some of the item already no longer importing but still able to proceed from website.. which means not updated, suggest that must update the website item time to time... 2. transport charges.. suggest that should charge 1 trip for all the items (make in 1 order) instead of multiple transport charges incurred..

Not responsible! Emphasised that I require single phase with 13amp! However, I still receive the item that require 15amp! Emailed Rinjani on 28th Jun but did not get any response till I called her! No news from thereafter! Called her again on 2nd July and promise a call back on the same day! Disappointment again as no call from your company! Bad experience, bad attitude!!!

overall purchase experience is ok except the delivery. receive a call that item will schedule to deliver on Thursday but somehow it deliver on Wednesday. the delivery man mention there is no contact number on the parcel and he become impatient when he has spend 30 min at the guard house trying to deliver the item.

An easy to use platform , some items that can be improved further are the range of products available , the search functionality and ensuring the items not available are being listed as unavailable or out of stock etc ( encountered a case where I was allowed to order and vendor reverted that the product is not available and is discontinued )

Bought a temperature scanner recently. Delivery was prompt with updates but delivery was short of the tripod stand. Though rectified thereafter but the initial experience was definitely below expectations.

My first experience was unfortunately very bad. I bought 2 simple items that were later confirmed as “out of stock”. I was then recommended 2 other options which I was not sure if were compatible or not. The Eezee team then had to contact the supplier to confirm that, which took almost a week. Finally after various emails and phone calls I was able to define which product had to be bought and pay the difference. The whole process took 2 weeks….I had a leakage to fix so certainly expected to have this sorted within a few days. Sharing this hopefully as constructive feedback. For the time being I would honestly not use the site anymore.

To have a better control of the delivery schedule. The driver should call the end user before delivery or the end user should be able to check with the driver the time schedule for delivery. I understand from the driver that this is not possible because he does not have the contact no. of the client.

Did not have a enjoyable experience buying from website. Had problem with payment and acknowledgment. Contacted live chat for support and was told to wait while he/she find relevant person to help me but i was left waiting many hours for reply.
