Take a long time to source for a product When order something from eezee, i always receivce an email upon my orders saying that the item is out of stock, or the brand is not available. Wasting a lot of time.

This is my first purchase with Eezee, overall I am happy and satisfied with service and support provided by Eezee team. The Customer Success Team especially Ms Syahna Nabilla Putri is very prompt in her response, explains clearly and able to offer alternative to my request which is not available in SG. Try out once for a product. But the shipment cost is ridiculously expensive, almost same price as the product. It is the first time i buy, also the last time.

We understand that the delivery fee of $5.50 vs the item price of $5.90 is relatively almost the same but please do understand that we offered the lowest delivery fee that we can as our delivery rate starts at $5.50 based on quantity, weight, and location. 1. Hope to have stocks leadtime/availability mentioned prior to PO, have items that required 2-3 months of lead time, which would be too late as PO has been issued. 2. Hope to have accurate delivery date, will be imposing on courier service as well as ourselves when courier appears on a random date and time, had to wait or had to find a way to contact us, when we may be occupied as we did not prepare ourselves to receive anything on that day.

Order was received quite late. According to eezee customer support, the part was already dispatched to delivery company but was held there for almost more than a week. Perhaps, eezee should monitor closely upon dispatching the parts and ensure it is received on time for customer. PS - Part was just 1 pc of heater switch

The stock always not available as seen in website. Need to cancel PO or wait very long for the ETA. Also after check stock availability and confirm, there is still no stock after order.

Hi, recently had purchase 1 no of Howard Leight HL400 Dispenser; this order has not been smooth, 1st there is an increase in price by the supplier, upon confirmation and delivery made - we realize the dispenser don't come with the cover; your staff told us that the supplier informed them that we need to separately buy the cover with Howard's brand earpiece! but if the dispenser doesn't come with the cover - the least should put a note on the webpage! we had enquired about this item since before Mid Jan, log the order on 21st Feb and to date, this is still pending. Hope we can have some action taken to close the case. Company: ACME Associates Pte Ltd Our PO# to Eezee: PO# 128427 dated 21st Feb 2022 Past experience was good, but this has been draggy.
