We were advised to expect delivery on 22 October 2021, however, we receive the item on 10 November 2021. Reason for delay was the Eezee representative assigned to our order resigned.

I must say EEZEE is like using a machine. It's not overly fancy, it doesn't continually bombard you with adverts which just make it confusing. It just does what it says it does, offers a selection of products that you requested it to do and provides an easy payment selection. Easy to find, Easy to choose, Easy to Pay. Good work Guys

Surprised to hear from your customer service to inform us to write in to check instead of what is being advised on your website to call and enquire which I assume your biz is Supply Chain Mgt which you will have the info on the expiry of the product on your tracking system. But I have taken the risk of ordering it on 15-Oct without waiting for your info thru email enquiry (wrote in 15-Oct and responded on 18-Oct) and the delivery is quite fast.

Eezee is a e-procurement platform whereby we work with multiple vendors to assist with our client purchase. We do not hold stock inventory on behalf of our vendor. So all expiry date details, we need to check with our respective vendors to get the details update. Cos even vendor product move by batch with different expiry date too. We hear your feedback and we are currently working with our vendors on this information too. At first, I was disappointed with the delivery schedule of the items that I've ordered. I have called the CS requesting if she can try to deliver the items a bit earlier but she said NO. The next day, I was surprised that the items had already been delivered to us! Thank you!

Generally an easy site to search for and purchase products. Shipping time was reasonable though being local could be quicker. Categorising of products on the site had some errors but search function did work and found the right items.

I had good experience getting stuff in bulk twice for my business to schools. Not sure if Eezee has an app on its own like shopee, Aliexpress etc, it will be more convenient and User friendly that way. But still overall I have had a good experience, will continue to use Eezee when opportunity calls for it, thank you so much Eezee.

Online procurement via Eezee is really easy with quotation, order confirmation, tax invoice and DO provided. Your platform shows different suppliers/vendors for the same item required, makes it easy to compare their prices and lead times. Keep up the good work!

The shipment was delayed due to additional cost. We did info you that we need the items in urgency, however, it is still delayed. The worse part is the increment in cost. This further delayed the shipment. The service guy was very friendly and helpful!

This is my first using this platform to purchase items, I was very disappointed when Eezee was unable to honour the price and MOQ when PO had been issued. Eezee still ask me to advise whether to cancel or proceed? and still waiting for Eezee to reply why such a thing can happen.

Eezee lacks understanding of procurement processes. Prices are high and staff are not trained. The website needs a lot of usability improvements. Procurement times are very long. Item description and pictures are poor. Disappointing.

1) No details on the products / items 2) Lag of house keeping. Items / products inside the platform oftenly out of stock or phase out. As a result users have to cancel PO after purchase.

I am disappointed that being a repeated customer, asking to exchange ( after 7 days) is not granted. The company actually has all my record of purchase and should not just say No as an easy way out. I am switching from DL to C5 envelope which means i will not use DL at all. The boxes are all unopened and untouched. I even allow the company to inspect the pristine condition boxes. Even until today, i continue to order C5 envelope from this company but their straight no is very disappointing. Give me the impression i am talking to a robot.
