1)Received sms on 08122021 from TCK Express that delivery will be 'on the way' & received item at 8.51am. Was informed only an hour earlier ? ! I was on way to office & had to make a U turn ! No warning or 1 day's notice given. 2)Ordered on 23112021 but received 16 days later ! ?

TCK is our delivery partner, Eezee delivery normally from 9 am to 6 pm. For future purchases, you may indicate either AM or PM prefer. We cannot accommodate specific timing at the moment. 2. The EEZEE e-commerce platform is easy to use. The products are relatively comprehensive as well. The aftersales response from EEZEE customer service is prompt. From our recent purchase experience, the support from the suppliers needs to be better. We didn't receive a delivery date until 3 days after we have made the payment, and the goods took 8 days to arrive despite our requests for quicker delivery. The online product description must have more details to avoid aftersales disputes. I bought tin cans that rusted 1 day after filling them with water. If it is made known that the cans aren't suitable for holding water or liquid or used in a high humidity environment (as claimed by the supplier after we made known the defects), we would have chosen another product.

Recently, I've ordered a 5litre vacuum oil from eezee. Firstly my delivery could not be delivered on time. I accepted the delay. It delayed, a further week, I accepted it as well. Finally, the supplier increased the price of the product by 11+ dollars and I was given the option to pay the increment or cancel the order. I don't feel it's right to pay for a product, wait for 1 month delay and be asked to pay an increment or cancel the order. Order made 28th oct, Eezee asked for extra top up on 29th November. I strongly feel that the supplier/ Eezee should Supply given I've already paid/transacted at an earlier date. This is not right at all. Nothing was done by eezee to waive anything at all. Extremely poor.

Dont have any tracking order, only can be seen when item has delivered and take a long time to deliver

Ordered three times so far just to finish the credits given by OCBC. First time it was great, 2nd time there was a massive delay but I was not told about the real reason, and then eezee pushed the blame to me. I would not have ordered the third time if it wasn't for the OCBC credits honestly.

I am Hui Ling, submitting on behalf of COCO Education. The manager that I am currently liaising with is Ren Jun. Eezee.sg has always been the first procurement website if I need to purchase any products as shopping at Eezee is as easy as 1,2,3 including payment methods. My account manager, Ren Jun, is always available to assist me. He is a man of one's word. I am grateful to him for all the product knowledge he shares with me when I am in a dilemma of getting a product. I received assistance even on weekends when I encountered some system issues while placing an order. Due to the nature of the business, working with Eezee provide ease as I can expect to receive the delivery after placing the order within a week. I am always looking forward to shopping at Eezee. We were advised to expect delivery on 22 October 2021, however, we receive the item on 10 November 2021. Reason for delay was the Eezee representative assigned to our order resigned.

I must say EEZEE is like using a machine. It's not overly fancy, it doesn't continually bombard you with adverts which just make it confusing. It just does what it says it does, offers a selection of products that you requested it to do and provides an easy payment selection. Easy to find, Easy to choose, Easy to Pay. Good work Guys

Surprised to hear from your customer service to inform us to write in to check instead of what is being advised on your website to call and enquire which I assume your biz is Supply Chain Mgt which you will have the info on the expiry of the product on your tracking system. But I have taken the risk of ordering it on 15-Oct without waiting for your info thru email enquiry (wrote in 15-Oct and responded on 18-Oct) and the delivery is quite fast.

Eezee is a e-procurement platform whereby we work with multiple vendors to assist with our client purchase. We do not hold stock inventory on behalf of our vendor. So all expiry date details, we need to check with our respective vendors to get the details update. Cos even vendor product move by batch with different expiry date too. We hear your feedback and we are currently working with our vendors on this information too.
