I bought a BR3032 battery from Eezee. The service was excellent, from confirming with the supplier that the battery is really BR and not the cheaper CR equivalent, to the processing and speedy delivery.

Estimated delivery date is not accurate. Courier would have missed the delivery if he came during working hours since nobody is at home.

I think Eezee is great as far as my short experience so far. The value of the product is well priced a nd less expensive than most other web shopping sites. The only concern for me is the delivery cost.....this can be more expensive than Shopee and Lazada.

hi, I find when I want to source new items or ask questions to your staff, the feedback is very slow. Sometimes when I raise purchases for existing items, end up no stock available and required to cancel order, this is very disruptive to my side.

Things always not available or delay in delivery time when U see the items online. Details of the items of not put up enough and need at least few day to wait for the reply..

I am giving a Good; rather than Very Good because I was a little annoyed with the auto email push mails I am receiving. However, I feedback to Jolene and she quickly deactive it for me. We received quite a number of bouncing orders (cancellation after order had been placed). Meanwhile, there are numerous items come without catalogue for the user to find item that meets the requirements. Please look into these issues. Appreciate time taken to consider the user needs.

The most obvious need would be for buyers to be able to track their orders rather then calling in the hotline . A “self collect” option would also be useful . /)

1)Received sms on 08122021 from TCK Express that delivery will be 'on the way' & received item at 8.51am. Was informed only an hour earlier ? ! I was on way to office & had to make a U turn ! No warning or 1 day's notice given. 2)Ordered on 23112021 but received 16 days later ! ?

The EEZEE e-commerce platform is easy to use. The products are relatively comprehensive as well. The aftersales response from EEZEE customer service is prompt. From our recent purchase experience, the support from the suppliers needs to be better. We didn't receive a delivery date until 3 days after we have made the payment, and the goods took 8 days to arrive despite our requests for quicker delivery. The online product description must have more details to avoid aftersales disputes. I bought tin cans that rusted 1 day after filling them with water. If it is made known that the cans aren't suitable for holding water or liquid or used in a high humidity environment (as claimed by the supplier after we made known the defects), we would have chosen another product.

Recently, I've ordered a 5litre vacuum oil from eezee. Firstly my delivery could not be delivered on time. I accepted the delay. It delayed, a further week, I accepted it as well. Finally, the supplier increased the price of the product by 11+ dollars and I was given the option to pay the increment or cancel the order. I don't feel it's right to pay for a product, wait for 1 month delay and be asked to pay an increment or cancel the order. Order made 28th oct, Eezee asked for extra top up on 29th November. I strongly feel that the supplier/ Eezee should Supply given I've already paid/transacted at an earlier date. This is not right at all. Nothing was done by eezee to waive anything at all. Extremely poor.
