Constantly reading of email from customers need to be improved. I need to resent my request on the 3rd day to Ryan then my request is attended to.

Hi Logan, Good day to you. Overall performance is good. But I have few point need to highlight is :- Wrong Price quoted when during delivery pickup then only call for price revised. OTD delay. Delivery man do not have proper DO and communication breakdown. Especially those bulky items. Our site do not have any lifting equipment for carrying the goods. Some unique request need long time for quote. Hope your team can continue to provide better service. Thanks, Kim

Purchase is easy, delivery took awhile to deliver, for faster option possibly if self collection is availble Customer service respond promptly but it will took awhile for any exchange

Experience few times after PO raised then inform that materials not able to deliver on time. And sometime need to choice alternative product or have to wait for few months to receive the order.

My experience with request for quotation is always very slow. I have difficulties of contacting your customer service agents. Your switchboard is always on recording and even when I dial the extension I wanted, it either no answer or gets cut off even before getting connected. Its very frustrating when i have urgent request to purchase an item which involves requesting for quotations to issuing a PO to get the item. There should be a direct line to the person i wish to speak to since i have already had a couple of purchases with your company.

The team called and confirm timing before delivery, which is awesome. Item received in good condition and as expected. Good for a 2.8M ceiling.

A fantastic setup for business user but here is my experience buying from Eezee, 1) Product enquiry at product page not answered until I contact Eezee. 2) Always have to go through Eezee staff via email when I have another product question. 3) After purchase, no clue when delivery will be made other than a range of days order will be delivered. Then out of the blue, got a call from deliveryman. 4) Told deliveryman to reschedule as there was no one in office to accept delivery. 5) No show on day of rescheduled delivery date. 6) Called Eezee customer service the next day but unable to confirm delivery time slot. 7) Compromise was reached that deliveryman will call at least 1 hour before making delivery. 8) Deliveryman just showed up and when asked why he did not call, he reply was 'I was not told' Good effort to set up this site but there is a lot to learn from established players like Lazada or Shoppee especially when it comes to delivery.

It's good to obtain the quotation online. Due to the payment terms (payment in advance), the purchase request via Ariba system was denied.

There are area which Eezee can improve and reference from other similar E-commence platform like Lazada, Taobao, Shopee or Amazon. I have notice that item listed in Eezee might not be available after user has issue a purchase order. Vendor will feedback that item has stock out or discontinue. This is rarely encounter in other platform, but it commonly in Eezee. This create a lot of issue on the buyer as they need to seek approval from higher management to cancel purchase order. If Eezee has a feature like Taobao which user can send their shopping cart list to another user for final payment. As currently each department has 1-2 purchaser. User will browse through Eezee and copy individual item link, thereafter send all the item link and indicate the quantity to purchaser. This greatly reduce purchaser job as they handle more than 5-7 user's order to be place on Eezee. It will create a better user experience as they do not need to copy multiple link for each item and inform purchaser through email.
