“I had to make a last minute order but I only had 5 days for the items to arrive and since I am located in CA I thought to give Efavormart a call to ask if I could pick up the items locally. Angie from customer service responded via e-chat and was able to assure me that the items would arrive by Thursday and I was very glad to hear that and placed my order. The next morning I kid you not around 10:00 am 3 of the boxes were at my door and by 4 pm the next load. I was extremely impressed as I paid for regular shipping and not over night. I was extremely satisfied with customer experience and their service. Very efficient going above and beyond. I was able to satisfy my client and her event needs. I definitely recommend this vendor and their products. The tall centerpieces are beautiful, well made, very sturdy. Well packaged to keep in storage as well and very easy to put together and take apart. Flowers I got I also really like them, they are petite roses but look so nice when making floral arrangements mind you I bought them on trial basis and I was like I need to get more of these. Definitely ordering more.”
