“I had to call twice with queries and on both occasions the phone was answered immediately and my question answered politely and promptly by the person who answered the phone. Very impressive service and great product. No wonder they are called "Efficient Light"”

“I ordered three products - fisherman lamp, bankers lamp and birdcage lamp along with the cored to her bulbs. Fishermans lamp and banker lamp had no issues. The birdcage lamp was missing a bird- basically very damaged. They sent all the wrong light bulbs. The mistake wasn't really the issue - it's the lack of rectification that has annoyed me. After two phone calls during which I was promised a call back and three emails on which supplied photos still no one bothered getting back to me. Incredibly poor service.”

“It took over 10 days for the products to arrive and I had to chase twice to confirm delivery dates. If the items aren't in stock when the order is placed there should be an email to advise of the expected wait time and another confirming when the product has been despatched”

“I still haven't received my order, it's been more than a month already and I paid for quick delivery! Customer service is horrible, no one ever contacted me, I had to call several times and found out that the items were discontinued . After reordering I found out again in a company weeks that the new items are also not available! I was promised a refund for quick delivery, but haven't received it as well as the order itself!”

“I made a large order with Efficient Light, they did not have a few of my items in stock. However, they were very fast at contacting me and offering alternatives or informing me of the due date of delivery. The members of staff that helped me with my transaction were extremely helpful and went the extra mile to make the process easy for me. Would recommend to anyone and will be ordering again very soon.
