“I contacted the company with a query regarding LED lighting I had for a new kitchen installation. I received a quick email response and following one other email I placed an order for 6 bulbs. The bulbs were extremely well priced when compared with the company I purchased the light fittings and original bulbs from. I received quick confirmation of my order, mail delivery was quick and my impression of the company was extremely positive.”

“Spoke to company re compatible under cupboard lighting unit to replace existing unit which was now discontinued. New unit purchased upon recommendation but unable to connect to existing cabling. Only option now available is to hire electrician to connect item.”

“Having located this company, I am resigned NOT to buy my LED lamps/bulbs from anywhere else. When an item is described as "x" watts, IT IS ! Their bulbs make the competitors look like tired gloworms. Customer service is excellent, and they demonstrate all the values of a good, old fashioned "customer comes first, but only after quality and reliability" Strongly recommended!”

“I have had very poor service from efficient light. I ordered a clip for a kitchen light for which they charged me £3-4 postage. I waited around 4 weeks but it never arrived so I wrote them an email explaining that it hadn't arrived however I never heard back from them.”

“The 3 LED spotlights supplied all failed within a period of only 8 months, well within the 2 year guarantee period. I had to pay the return postage on the first failure and received a replacement. The remaining 2 lights failed very soon and I advised the sales department. After several e-mails I eventually received a total replacement of my original order without any further cost. Only time will tell if it was poor quality control on the first batch that caused the failure.”

“Friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff who are keen to assist and offer advice on your lighting needs. We have bought three items from Efficient Light, the items were perfect and at a fair price. We will definitely use them again, and would recommend them to anyone, infact have recommended them to our electrician. We have not used Efficient Light on line to buy, but have used the website to browse before visiting their excellent showroom ( as we live nearby). Well done and keep up the good work. “I didn't get an email confirmation of my order and had to ring after a week to find out if it had been received. Once this was sorted, the goods arrived quickly and in good condition. I bought an under-cabinet light to replace a 10-year old one that was broken. I'd looked everywhere but this was just right and matched almost exactly. The website description didn't make clear that all the fittings were included so I also bought some extra mounting brackets, which it turned out I didn't need.”
