“Product received was fine but the order didnt turn up on date promised 4 times. Each time I had to call to find out what had happened only to be promised a new date a few days later. They simply didnt have the product but weren't honest with me. Very bad experience.”

“Light fitting I purchased did not work. I am not an electrician but know enough about electricity to be able to change a light fitting. When I made complaint I was just told to send it back to you. It is a £10.00 fitting and the carrier to send it back is £9.00 including VAT, so I cut my losses.”
