“Although we love our collection of Effy items, we recently experienced great disappointment with the customer service when we sent a men's bracelet to Effy for sizing. We waited 2.5 months to receive a replacement bracelet, and it was the exact same too-large size that was sent in for sizing.
Now, starting our third week of waiting to get word back from Effy about returning this second bracelet, we appear to have entered another intolerable waiting period.
