“The clasp mechanism is terrible. I originally reached out to you to try and replace the one I lost. (,same earring as these ) no one ever had the courtesy to respond. I ended up spending another $2,000 just so my wife could have a pair. After purchasing 15 plus pieces of Effy jewelry this will be my last. Your customer service is very very lacking. I simple call would not have taken much!!!”
