The flowers I received were nothing like what I ordered, very disappointed. Customers services were unhelpful and just sent out a generic apology email. You’re better off going to a garage forecourt. Don’t go anywhere near eflorist.

Misleading marketing. Poor value for money. A £5.00 bunch of flowers at best, charged, at a reduced special price? imagine if pay the stated £35 , would have been even more hacked off! No chocolates included. 6 stems of flowers , total cost £35.00. No customer service as such, and a discount of 15% off next order, which I most certainly won't be placing.

Paid extra to arrive on Mother’s Day but arrived on wrong day. Wouldn’t refund the £8 extra paid. To be far the flowers were nice and I think we were very lucky having read all the other really poor reviews. I would Avoid using this company as such poor customer service.

AVOID this COMPANY! We booked a bouquet of flowers to my mother in law one day before mother's day, paid extra money for delivery on the mother's day and they not also delivered 2 days late, but with a bouquet with less flowers as much worse than the photos. We tried to contacting them but it is impossible. We had the worse experience buying flowers ever. Don't trust on them and avoid at all cost!

Their offerings are matched only by their customer Service absolutely terrible. Paid €86.96 for a Mothers Day Flowers, A balloon, A bottle of Prosecco. Seemingly the flowers were upgraded and included free chocolates yippie!!. The (upgraded) flowers contained 7 Lilly and 4 roses. The balloon did not arrive The Bottle of Prosecco arrived smashed The free chocolates were fine (all 3 of them) Sent Customer service an email with photos , then then emailed me back asking me for photos of the flowers (typical non read email response) Resent email - then they asked me for another photo of the flowers!!! Resent email again - got an email back offer me a choice of 2 bouquets for the inconvience caused!!! Not that i would have taken them but one of the two choices is not available so basically shoving a bouquet of flowers of their choosing down my throat. I wont be satisified until i get my money back. First and last time I will order of these lot and will continue to post this review every day. STAY AWAY FROM THESE!

Ordered for Mother’s Day and wow I’ve never seen something so bad. Flowers arrived already dead. Nothing like the photo. Ordered a small greeting card to come with it and it came with no envelope and covered in brown stuff. Sent a complaint email and got a reply saying they will send out new flowers which I pick from the 2 below which ones. I picked the sunflowers. Let’s just say that is not what I received. Shock they are already dead after not even having them for 24 hours.

Do not use this company, ordered flowers for Mother’s Day and they never arrived. Ruined the day. Never heard from them after sending lots of emails. DO NOT USE. AVOID.

My daughter ordered flowers for Mothers Day. On the Friday she had an email saying out for delivery bt Amazon? (she booked for a Saturday delivery) followed by an email shortly afterwards saying the order was cancelled. No phone number to contact eflorist - clearly they do not want to make themselves 'available'. After raising a ticket for a refund on their system and waiting 2 days for a reply they tell us we should chase the courier! Come on E-florist - take some responsibility. Its not for your customers to sort your problems out.

Mother’s Day Flowers didn’t arrive despite being ordered for delivery the day before. Awful service. It took 3 days to get a response and my elderly Mother in law was left thinking no one cared on Mothers Day! Shocking!!

I placed an order for flowers on behalf of my son so he could give these on Mothers Day. I paid for delivery on Sunday. Minutes after placing my order online, I noticed a spelling mistake on the message my son wanted to include. I contacted this company immediately asking for the message to be amended only to receive a rude and unhelpful email from Sophie telling me that it was too late to amend the order!! I then received another email telling me my order was to be delivered on Saturday, not Sunday. I contact this company again asking for the delivery to be changed or cancelled as a Saturday delivery was not acceptable. This time, I received another rude and unprofessional email from Amy telling me I could not cancel the order. Stay away from this company as they offer the worst customer service I have ever come across online.

Hello my order was not delivered There is no way of contacting you even after raising a ticket. You have no customer service number that actually works. I find your company experience extremely unprofessional and very disappointing after nearly spending £50 on flowers that were not delivered. You have stolen my money from me and have fallen short of your ‘guarantee delivery’ which was paid for extra for a special day for Mother’s Day GUARANTEED DELIVERY !!! You have not contacted me nor sent any update email correspondence. So in short what is your company going to do about this??

Order placed on 5th March for delivery on or before mother's day 10th March. Extra paid for delivery. Email received accepting order and stating it would be delivered by Yodel. Order not received but another email received telling me that it is now being delivered by Amazon on the 11th which is too late for the intended recipient to accept it. I now have a delivery of flowers which I have no further use for. If this is customers' service then I will no longer be a customer! BE WARNED!!

Absolutely horrendous. Flowers were battered, bruised, brown and look nothing like the picture.

Absolutely disgusted. Not the flowers i ordered. Looks like cheap rubbish from a petrol station. Bought for my partner for mothers day. And I'm so embarrassed at how bad they are. And the free chocolates..I just out laughing at how small the box was. Dont know why they bothered tbh. Avoid this site at all costs. Rip off merchants

Ordered my mum a large bunch for mothers day. Had them specifically get delivered on the Sunday but came Saturday. The box was heavily damaged when arrived and didn't even receive a knock on the door. Looks nothing like the image on the site. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SITE!!!!!!!

The flowers look nothing like what I ordered. When I go to their website to check what I did order, the flowers don’t come up! What was received was a £5 bunch of flowers! No way I could give those to my Mum today so had to go to the high street and buy more! I just can’t understand how their service has gotten so shoddy!

Absolutely nothing like the pictures!! Went for a medium and seems more like an extra small!!! Go to a supermarket, you’ll get more for your money!

Terrible terrible service, Before I paid the delivery date was for the 9th of March which worked but after payment it changed to the 11th! Terrible service. Don’t buy from them
