Ordered flowers for Saturday 2nd April. Waited no flowers, on Monday by luck looked on PayPal to see my money returned. No explanation as to why this has happened. This is the second time I've had a problem but NO more.

I have ordered flowers for my sisters 90 th birthday. I am now worried as there hardly seems a good word to be said about the service. This may be the last birthday she has and I want to be sure she has a nice gift from me. I can't be with her. I want to be sure you don't disappointed us.
