“I had a gunsmith install the mount for my Vortex Venum on my S&W M&PC 9mm. He had no problem. I finally tested it for the first time. Sighted in pretty fast. Very good group at 20 yards. The mount worked great so far.”

Im sorry to hear that you had an unpleasant experience with EGW. We want to make sure our customers are taken care of and not ignored. I did find a response from our customer service a couple days after the inital request. Its possible that their response went to your spam folder. This is what the response said.

We are short handed and extremely busy, I'm sorry if we did not answer in a timely manner but we are doing the best we can. Your return was processed on Friday, and a refund credited back to your credit card. There was no note enclosed with the item that was sent back stating that you needed an exchange.
We are out of stock on the 760 pic rails at the moment, they will not be back in stock for about a month.

It looks like the item that you ordered was our SKU 49295, which will fit Walther PPQs but not the 22lr version. We make a different mount that will fit the PPQ 22lr, the SKU is 49293. We are more than happy to exchange the mount for you.
