“Excellent service, washing machine to our home and the same wahing machine to our daughters house, arrived on time plumbed in, with the minimum of fuss, and old machine taken away. "Does what it says on the tin" I couldn't recommend EH any higher, if there were ten stars then ten stars it would have been ten stars. All staff very knowledgeable and courteous. D.allen Belvoir.”

“The engineers arrived at my home at 2pm (on the dot) as promised. Ten minutes later they had my new washer/dryer installed and working. It is rare, nowadays, to see such efficiency. As a bonus, the engineers were very nice guys. Thank you.”

“The website is easy to use and it is clear what is in stock and what isn't. For the product I wanted there was a relatively wide choice and the pricing was competitive. Shipping from Belfast to London was very quick. Although there is a receipt issued by Sage Pay, EH Services do not themselves send a confirmation of the order or any other information regarding its despatch. These things I am used to seeing for other online purchases. All in all however I count myself a satisfied customer.”

“I went in to buy a freezer and it was an emergency as the current one had just broken and everything was defrosting. The "salesman" just listed everything he "couldnt" do, "wouldnt" recommend, "didnt" think.. never had such a negative experience with a man who had no more interest in helping or selling.”

“Have used E&H over the years for cooker, fridge and washing machine. The staff are always very helpful. Delivery is quick and items are delivered and the old model taken away. Prices are always very competitive. Would highly recommend to anyone.”

“After speaking to a helpful member of staff regarding purchase of an irobot which I ordered on line. Shortly after I placed order I received a telephone call to confirm this and advise me my order would be dispatched that afternoon. It arrived very quickly. Only comment I would make was packaging just manufacturers covered with plastic. Box was damaged on arrival but irobot not.”

“I have bought from your shop for over 30 years and your prices were always fair and competitive. I went to today to buy a new freezer and your price was neither fair nor competitive. I quoted the Argos price for the same freezer but your sales assistant was not interested in price match! So disappointed Keith”

Hi Keith, We appreciate your feedback. We price match were possible, on this occasion, the product you were looking at in Argos (priced @ £275) was priced not including their delivery and taking away charges. This product at Argos was not available for collection... Delivery only. Further enquiries show their delivery charge is £8.95 (When postcode is typed into their website) and their recycling of your old appliance charged at £14.95 brought their price up to £298.90. Our price was £329, the sales person quoted £299, and said the best would be £290, this included delivery and free recycling of your old appliance., making us cheaper than the Argos option. Argos quote on their website - delivery between 3-5 "Working days" We could have had this item delivered tomorrow to you to save you waiting. We value all of our customers and as I said, we price match where possible, our price match is on a like for like basis and includes delivery and any other applicable charges that our competitors charge; and so on this occasion, we were cheaper option.
