The customer service is so awful I've given up on any hope of a refund.

EightVape used to be good and reliable, not no more!, made my order September 1st this month, here it is September 19!, no delivery no nothing, was given bogus tracking number that when you Google it comes back as an old USPS number!, Aaron said once it says out for delivery it will be 2 days to reach my doorstep, it's been 8 days now!, only communication with customer service is through email and now they don't respond back at all after me asking for a refund and cancel my order, they don't give out their couriers name so I can't call them, downloaded the route app and it says invalid tracking number!, I have saved 3 months to get something from them, I live on limited income and being treated like this is sad and cruel!, they charge 7.

This company sells defective vapes that leak, they won’t replace or refund and take forever to respond to your complaint. I had several vapes in my order that were leaking and hadn’t even opened them yet. Bad customer service. I won’t be back!

Beware I received my order from eight vape I found 3 out of date naked 100 vape juice bottles black color I contacted by email the company customer service to replace them I got BS answer why this juice is burned motor oil color after couple emails they ask me to contact naked 100 directly I did I send photos codes naked 100 answer is the product is out dated and harmful do not use and try to replacement with eight vape I did the answer is nothing they can do and never got replacement or refund talking to my lawyer friend he ask to test the liquid Please please if you received order contain similar items DO NOT USE it's very harmful to your health and soon might be legal action about this issue,I just ask to replace bad product they took my money for , it's not about taking money for product should be in the dump it's matter of what ever you call it soon I post all email tests and what legal issue we gonna proceed SHAME.

This is a horrible company!!! Do Not buy from them they are just trying to steal your money!!! They continue to sell products they do not have in stock and will blame the carrier! They do not respond to e-mails and make it very difficult to contact them to get a refund! Hold on to your money and buy somewhere else!!

They will flat out steal from you, they refuse to give you valid tracking number from shipper, these use route which is also a fraud, they refuse to give refund when its not delivered, even though you pay for insured shipping. Delivery by law is signature required but they can't provide delivery signature. Don't buy anything from them, you will just get scammed

April 18…final mile carrier supposedly had my order,still haven’t received nearly a month later(over 2 months since first ordered)After multiple emails and then giving me the same tracking everytime,finally got an email today saying they would reship (again) or refund my money.
