“Do you really want to hear this ? Will you pay any attention ? I'm not going back on all the detail but briefly I purchased a 9000a phone on 15/11/17. Received the wrong one. Sent it back. Was charged twice for the privilege. Tried to get a refund but Eir made it so difficult that I ended up accepting credit on my a/c. Tried to raise the matter on Eir community but was banned. It was depressing trying to deal with an anonymous company where no one would take responsibility for Eir's own mistake. When my present contract is up in around twelve months, on principle, I am changing my provider.

“When I signed up to eir I was told that eir viber would be available in six weeks, nearly twelve months on and its still showing availability in six weeks time.Basically I was lied to to get me to sign up.”
