Won’t be ordering from them again. Ordered vape juice a week ago, they took the money and it has yet to even be given to USPS. No customer service response, even after days of reaching out and calling.

Don’t order from them! Your order won’t arrive and they won’t do anything about it. My order said “delivered” but never arrived. When I reached out to them they told me to ask my neighbors! Ridiculous. No refund, replacement and a zero in customer service. Once they have your money it’s a wrap!

Takes FOREVER for them to ship!! I'll stick to eightvape.com or ejuice.deals. Both reputable vendors I've used in the past. Figured I'd give this place a shot since both of them were out of my juice. NEVER again!

I ordered some juice 10 days ago it never arrived. I contacted customer support they sent me an email saying that it's on its way but it still shows that it hasn't shipped. Now they refuse to answer my emails or phone calls.

Insane! They didn’t use my correct address and it was sent back now re charging me shipping again or a 15% restock fee to not have it shipped back. Stay away from them!!

Just ordered 2 100 ml 3% bottles, first order, contacted them (way before I even received order)when I seen they were sending 6% nic. (both) have screen shots of order, but they state I ordered 6%. So I emailed them screen shots. No reply. I do not recommend them.

I ordered from them for a year and a half, all the sudden i do a $150 order like always and it didn't process. Come to find out they dont ship to Washington. Well i got 12 others from them, why now. There customer service said bc of Washington state laws. Well our laws haven't changed ever so i don't understand why all the sudden they just stopped and can't tell me, cause there customer service won't take the time to answer. Just said it did. But it didn't. I found a new place Flawless vape in California, that ships here to me in Washington state. Because there is no new law.

Don’t buy here!if I can rate their Customer service, I’ll rate them -0 Before I place an order I contacted them September 3,2020 to make sure that all the juice I want are freshly made or at least new batches. They replied to my email September 4 “I'm sure they are new batches but I don't have exact dates.” So I thought okay they are new because of their confirmation. I went ahead and bought them after the confirmation (September 4,2020) September 8,2020 this was my exact words with them. “When can you ship? Also make sure it’s all new batches please! I can’t have any old juices as it itches my throat.. thank you” I patiently waited for long time for them to ship it. So finally SEPTEMBER 15 I got the juices And I was so disappointed after I opened because I saw dark colored liquid .. that’s the first indication that they were old juice! I gave it a try and it’s all bad already. I emailed them and asking that I will return and get my money back.. this was their exact email. “Hello, Thank you so much for contacting Ejuice Vapor. We will not accept any returns on this order unless the bottles are closed. We told you we weren't sure when the batches were done but they are good batches. We do not make the juice, we distribute it, so we do not have "freshly" made juice. We get new shipments of juice when we are running low. You can contact the manufacturer for more information.” So I sent them the screenshot of their email to me confirming that they are sure that all the e liquids are new batches. Then they Emailed me again with new statement Hello, Thank you so much for contacting Ejuice Vapor. I did not guarantee that they were fresh batches. I said that I was sure there were new batches that we got because they are. When we run low on juice we place an order and the manufacturer sends us what they have and that's the batches we have. The manufacturer could have batches made two months prior to us ordering or batches that were done a week prior to us placing our order they will send what they have. We told you we were sure they were new batches because they are and we told you that we did not have exact dates and you agreed to being fine not knowing the exact born date. Know because they are to your standard you are demanding a refund, we will not issue any refund. There is nothing wrong with the juices. You can not expect a juice to be Freshly made unless you purchase it directly from the manufacturer. Thank You, EJuice Vapor I just don’t get it!! They’re twisting all the things that they said! They probably think I’m stupid! What’s the sense of me emailing them about my concern before and after I bought the EJuice. They confirmed that the EJuice’s are new batches! Good lord!! They just want to make money !!DONT BUY HERE!!! All the people here that wants to complain about this company .. complain also in BBB

This company sells disposable vape pens. I received two today. Neither worked. The pens arrived defective/empty. I contacted the company to request replacements. They informed me that they had no responsibility for defective merchandise. Can you believe this? I have NEVER encountered a company that refuses to stand behind its products. Stay away stay away stay away!! There are tons of better competitors.

Horrible, I ordered 4 puff bars from EjuiceVapor. But all of them did not even last half day. It's twice more capacity than juul but juul lasts 1 and half day. Also one of them were DOA!!! And I send them email for refund but they told me they can't.

Ordered a package Thursday for two day delivery. Package “arrived” Monday, but never showed up. I email these guys, they tell me to deal with USPS like it was my problem. It’s Tuesday and I still have no idea where my package is. Emailed EJV and they sent me a link with my same cart to purchase again. I asked what the point of that was and got no response. It’s now been 6 days, EJV has no idea where my stuff is (nor do they seem to care). Read the other 80+ bad reviews and don’t make the mistake I did.

I had to write a review after reading so many bad reviews I have ordered from this company 4 plus times I have only experienced wonderful service I always call in my order the girl I get when placing my order is extremely polite I always get my juice in less then a week. The prices are so cheap you can’t go wrong I’m sure that mistakes happen but I have never experienced not even one problem I have been very happy with my order and it’s always been right I feel people just like to complain and they are the kind of people who are so unhappy with life so they want to bring down others to the level they are at it’s the only thing I can think of because I always experience nothing but excellent service from the Ejuice Vaper I can’t thank you all enough for your excellent prices in your service especially in a time like we’re going through now with Covid you all have been a lifesaver to me so thank you for everything if I could give you 10 stars I would.

I placed the order on Wednesday and the tracking said it wouldn't be there until Monday. I bought a bottle Friday locally to tide me over, but when I got home, it was waiting in the mailbox. I was so thrilled to have it so quickly.

TERRIBLE company. I ordered vape juice a month or so ago and when it arrived it was expired. I contacted the company and they said they would send out replacements. When the new vape juice arrived it was also expired ! I contacted them again and they were apologetic and said they would send out more. When my 3rd shipment of vape juice arrived it was also expired. What a joke. This company is awful. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE

First order from EJuice vapor had the wrong flavor juice. Instead of shipping out the replacement when notified they said they wouldn’t ship it out until they had confirmation that I sent back the wrong juice. A few orders after that, I received a shipment missing three bottles of juice with the postal service taping a hole in the package and stamping “received in damaged condition”. When I let them know about this they asked for pictures and order slip as confirmation, after I sent what they asked for they sent me one of the three bottles. I emailed them to let them know and they didn’t respond for three weeks and replied stating that a shipment had arrived today with confirmation number. I looked up the confirmation number and that was from the previous shipment of one bottle two months prior. I again responded asking to just get refunded because I didn’t want to give them my business anymore after all of these horrible experiences. They haven’t responded since, that was six weeks ago...

I received the wrong items, immediately contacted the store who sent me a return label. I asked if they were shipping the correct merchandise. There reply was that the incorrect items had to be returned first. I retired the items and wrote a note to refund my money. I was not refunded and received notice 2 weeks later that the order has shipped! Terrible customer service. Will never use again.
