"I won some Bitcoin and it brought me to ekzeo. they said I needed to kyc and I would get my Bitcoin. After that I tried to transfer it to my wallet but then it said that I needed to come up with $360 worth of bitcoin in order to transfer it to confirm that it was my wallet so after much thinking about it and the fact that I am homeless with no income I decided to ask my son. But before I did that I sent them a message asking them if there was anything else that I would need to do after I did this. If there would be any additional fees any other thing I need to do that would withhold me or impede me from getting this Bitcoin they did not answer that instead they responded back with the same response they gave before that I need to deposit the Bitcoin which was 0.004 Bitcoin and that I would have my money released. So I borrowed the money from my son risking that if I did not pay this money back to him that I would lose him and he would cut contact with me. I paid my fees and then I get hit again saying I need to come up with Andrew dolls with a Bitcoin because I wanted Bitcoin on a prize and that it was over $500 worth of bitcoin and that because I was a new customer. Which seems to me a total ripoff they got something and I got nothing. This is a shady business practice and after asking them specifically and stating why it was important that nothing happened that I was able to get this money they did not respond. Subsequently they cut me off to where I cannot even communicate with them so I opened up a different account to see if it was indeed some sort of glitch or something wrong with their system but there wasn't. When they realized who it was they probably cut me off again and deleted my account. So I cannot even message them now. I don't see how this is legitimate business. But I am going to the Federal trade commission and others and I have making a lot of noise about this because either I want my Bitcoin or I want my money back. Because you stole from me."
