“Good product. The coloured elastics are tempting, but these ones are covered in a concertina'd black fabric to protect the filaments. The filaments are the highest-quality type. The fitments - i.e. to attach the elastics to your door/power cage etc - are of good quality and quick to use. The range of resistances is impressive and the value is really very good. You will not regret buying this product from Elastitone - and, no, I don't work for them or have any connection with the company whatsoever. Bridlepathpete.”

“I previously used 'normal' rubber resistance bands. However, I found that there could be a significant discrepancy in two bands of supposedly the same strength. Also, over a period of time, the 'normal' ones tended to perish and this resulted in one snapping whilst in use. Luckily, nobody was injured. The Elastitone bands are a joy to use. I have two of each strength and each are the same resistance. This is very important when using them for exercises like squats, bench press, deadlifts etc. It is re-assuring also to know that if they were to snap (highly unlikely), the protective sleeve should negate any potential harm. In addition, the easy clip on/clip off makes it very easy to increase/decrease the resistance. The addition of the handles and ankle/wrist straps further adds to their versatility. Couldn't be more pleased with them.”

“I took a bit of a punt on these products and was very well rewarded. I have used a number of different brands of resistance bands over the past few years and can genuinely say that these are far and away the best. Excellent quality. Excellent resistance levels (far above anything else I've been able to find) and a good price. If my current purchases ever wear out (and I honestly can't see that happening) I would definitely buy them again.”

“I bought the extra strong to attach to my stepper and this is just the right strength. Handles are fairly flimsy and not sure how long these will last but the band itself appears very robust.”

It appears this customer has never purchased from ElastiTone, he abandoned the checkout before payment and was sent a review request in error. I assume he purchased in the end from another brand and hence why he has written the handles were flimsy, and mistook the review request to be from the other brand. ElastiTone handles are the strongest on the market, can take the tension of every single band at once and then some without hardly flexing, and should last a lifetime. If they do not they will be replaced for free, forever, without question. Nobody have ever referred to them as flimsy, they are at the very least 10 times stronger than the cheap handles found on ebay which bend quite a bit when used with the extra thick bands. I can hang my full bodyweight from a pair of elastitone handles and the strapping will take it, and the plastic remains straight, and the hooks are unphased. I weigh 12 stone. See other reviews for people commenting on how strong they are. If you ever have a problem with them let me know for a fast free replacement. Dave

“I am a martial arts instructor and have been doing resistance band training for a number of years and I can honestly say that the elastitone bands are by far the best I have ever used. Most other bands break very easily and don't offer the strength of resistance that I am looking for, but these bands give me everything that I need and are incredibly strong and durable. I would recommend these bands to anyone without hesitation.”

“Fantastic item. I got the heavy duty bands, door attachment and handles. It is very well made and fits great in the door (much easier to store than a chin up bar). Handles seem to be made well and do not bend of twist like some other brands. Delivery was quick and all packed well. Overall very happy and would definitely use again.”
