“The best place I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with! We ordered a fireplace, but unfortunately, it arrived damaged. It was packaged great and not their fault. The package had an unknown substance spill on it during transit. I was extremely worried that I would be stuck with a broken item. However to our delight, the company responded promptly and had a replacement ready within 24 hours. I’ve never encountered such a responsive customer service experience! We eagerly await the installation of our fireplace, which is exactly as described. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and prompt service.”

“I replaced my gas log fireplace with this 42” Modern Flames fireplace. Living in mid southern Texas limits use/need of a fireplace. I wanted to have the aesthetic beauty of a burning fire year round. My wife and I completely rebuilt the fireplace shown ourselves. We’re early risers and enjoy our first cup of coffee with the “burning” fireplace with no lights on before sunrise. It’s a very peaceful way to start our day.”

“I give Electric Fireplaces Plus a 10/10 stars! From start to finish, they were easy to work with and their customer service was top tier. I ordered a Napoleon Elevation X electric fireplace. Being over $3000, I was very nervous to order from an online company but I could not find it in store in my area and shipping from a local company would take too long and was costly. Because Electric Fireplace Plus was listed by Napoleon as a recommended dealer, I reached out to their online chat with a few questions. My questions were immediately addressed by a real person, not a bot. Shipping was free and I received my fireplace within a week. As a matter of fact, I needed it quickly because I was having a custom build done and so I reached out to Electric Fireplaces Plus to help me coordinate with Estes shipping to get their home delivery company to my house asap and the were more than willing to help! The fireplace arrived in perfect condition but unfortunately, when my carpenter unboxed it, it was missing the installation flange. A quick call to Fireplaces Plus and the had Napoleon overnight the missing piece. I can’t say enough positive comments about this company. If you’re hesitant like I was about ordering from an online company, use Electric Fireplaces Plus and feel confident that you will have the same experience as having purchased through a brick and mortar store.”

“The Modern Ember Redstone electric fireplace itself is gorgeous and a huge upgrade from my electric fireplace insert from 19 years ago! The staff with whom I talked were very helpful, answered all of my questions and took my order right over the phone. I believe I ordered it on Tuesday night and it was delivered Thursday afternoon in Charleston, South Carolina. I don’t think you can get much better than that!😃”

“My wife has wanted an electric fireplace for a long time, but I was never impressed with them until now. After looking at many, many different brands and models we decided on the Touchstone Sideline Elite Pro 50" Black Smart Electric Fireplace | 80057. Electric Fireplaces Plus made ordering quick, easy, and as a bonus included free shipping which was awesome. The box arrived in great shape and all contents were well packed. At first I was worried about heat being below our TV but that is a non factor with 8" clearance being acceptable. My next worry was removing an existing propane fireplace, adding studs, drywall, and then finishing. But my wife helped along the way and the final product is absolutely stunning. Especially nice is having it connected to our Alexa and 'she' can turn out firplace on and off at night at our command. We have had several visitors since installation and all have remarked how beautiful out fireplace is. All in all we are very, very pleased in our purchase.”

“Great customer service! We ordered the Modern Flames Orion Slim 60” Virtual Fireplace (OR60-SLIM) with the Tall Flame Upgrade, and the entire process has been smooth from start to finish. We’re currently in the middle of construction, so we haven’t had the chance to fully enjoy it yet—but we’re already excited to see it installed and in use. It looks incredible and we can’t wait to make it the focal point of the space. Highly recommend so far!”
