Awesome service, care and process all around. The only little complaint is that the estimate was a bit too far from the final quote.

The battery in my Jabra 85h Bluetooth headphones would not hold its charge, so after doing some research I approached Electronic Partners for a quote to replace the battery, I received the quote and decided to send the headphones for repair. Electronic partners confirmed the battery needed replacing and I instructed them to proceed with repair, a few days later I received the repaired headphones which now have a new battery and are now in full working order. I would certainly use this company again and am very pleased with them.

Extremely efficient from start to finish. Communication was excellent and repair to Kindle, although expensive was much cheaper than replacement. Reliable and professional- very impressive and unusual these days. Recommended

Lack of communication. Took 3 weeks from receiving my item to get a repair that did not work. Waste of time and money.

I have received my repaired Bose solo sound system,and it is working perfectly, I would also like to thank Electronic partners for their very professional service from start to finish, kept up to date with emails on the progress of work being undertaken I will advise any of my friends in need of this type of repairs that this is the company to go for.

EP had Bose CD player for almost 2 weeks and after diagnosing the cause of it not playing CD’s without jumping or stopping quoted me £135 to fix the problem. Decided to go ahead with the repair on the understanding that CD player would work perfectly again on return. However, after collecting and checking it had been tested the first CD I tried failed to play. Very disappointed.

Sent in my Linx 1020E Tablet for a screen replacement. Very happy with the result. I thought Electronic Partners were very professional from the outset with good, clear communication. More impressed with the fact that the final bill was very close to the initial estimate, which, in my experience, has always been way off the mark with other companies I've dealt with.

The repair of my Bose unit has been a great pleasure to me as it belonged originally to my partner before she died. The process was obviously a well tested and tried procedure and surprisingly quick. I am very grateful.

Very efficient in keeping the client informed of progress. Repair to high-end CD player 3 months old now with no problems. The invoicing system is very confusing and made it look as if I was paying twice for the same repair. Well pleased overall.
