My 72 year old mother was trying to buy an iTunes gift card and found Electronic First from a google search. She made a $25 purchase and then received a really scammy looking "Order Verification" email asking for her phone number and "A clear photo of a Recent Letter with your name and address (Proof of address)". Um, what?? The email had grammar mistakes and was clearly fraud. We are reporting this to Chase Visa and having the charge blocked and reported as fraud. They of course did not send her the electronic itunes gift card, since it never existed in the first place.

These fuckin donkeys scammed me Tried to solve the problem with them multiple times, because my 100 Euro Steam Giftcard doesnt work. In the end the offered me a refund but want my steam account as exchange? Like what the f. They wrote this: Due to the nature of this product, we will have to resell the account we had sent to you. Have you changed the details yet? If you have made any changes, please revert them back to the details that we had sent to you: both the original email for Steam and the email address linked to the account. Once you have done this, please let us know so that we can check and update the account details. A refund will be issued shortly afterward. The whole process can take 24 to 48 hours We look forward to hearing from you. If you have further questions or concerns, please feel free to let us know. ------------- what does that have to do with a steam gift card? I had to re-send them pictures and information multiple times btw. I dont know what their plan is - wasting a customers time or they really dont know what they are doing

These people are filthy scammers. Paid €12 for a game on their site, turns out they sold me a invalid code. I decided to request a refund, they told me I'll receive a refund within 24-48 hours, didn't get a refund & they're ignoring my emails. Stay away from this site.

The pretended to send a code, I kicked off they waited till I got Paypal involved, then sent a code, then said I can't use as they are reselling it and I will get a refund when they do. Absolute scam site.

Avoid. they ask for personal information for "verification" instead of sending the code. Paying through paypal should be verification enough.

These people are crooks. Sold me a windows key ($14.50) that was already used and thus invalid. Instead of refunding or providing me with another they directed me to Microsoft, classic scammer move. Don't buy their stuff

I was given an already redeemed $50 PSN card. When i pointed it out, they told me to contact PS support which i cannot because i am not from the US. Stay away from this site. Paypal dispute already opened against them.

I was shown a charge of 4.91$ when buying AI suitcase, to be on the safer side I blocked my card limit to 5$ for this deal. To my horror, they tried to charge me 80$ for the same transaction without my knowledge. Beware people its a scam

The only thing I can conclude is that this is a scam site. I never received my PSP code and support was unresponsive. Now I have to file a dispute against the charge. Avoid at all costs!!

I was scammed by this company. I bought a gift card for Xbox live and when I tried to use the voucher code it said redeemed. I spoke to Xbox and they said it was redeemed a week before I bought it. Electronic first asked me for a reference number and chat log I had with Xbox customer support which I provided . But a week later no matter how much I email them they won't reply. I was also ignored by the live chat the moment I gave my email address and somehow they have removed live chat from their website on all my browsers (which I didnt know was possible) just for asking for an update. Appauling customer service and quite honestly a scam sending out used codes in return for your hard earned money. Stay away from this company as they have done this to other customers on trustpilot too if you read down. I don't see myself ever getting my money back :)
