“Love Elegant Themes. Many years ago when I first began to build websites, Elegant Themes offered simple templates that looked marvelous ... and they worked superbly well. That Elegant Themes has continued to improve on and develop more templates whilst updating to keep up with newer versions of Wordpress is to be applauded. Of late I have practically adopted DIVI - as I'm sure many others have. This theme is outstanding, as are the support team. Whenever I run into a snag, a solution is found and voila! Just like that - I have a happy client. Thank you for all that you do.”

“Bottom line, Elegant Themes has the absolute best customer service. I had recently added 2-factor authentication, but was busy doing other things at the time and didn't writed the information down. Stupid me! A couple nights later, I couldn't get into my account to work on a client's website. I asked for help; Ana was my chat partner. She figured out a way I could get back into my account. I was so frustrated before talking to her, but she worked diligently to get me back into my account so I could start working again. Ana and Elegant Themes customer service is the GREATEST. Thanks again, Ana!!”

“Don`t waste time and money They market themselves heavily and it appears to be a good product, but behind the facade it is unfortunately anything but good. If you want to spend days dealing with customer service and struggling with errors on their pre-built pages, then it's a brilliant choice, but if not, choose other providers. This is the most dysfunctional and arrogant company I have come across.”
