“Element provided great shipping and service. The wheels on the other hand are not so much. I ordered Ferrada FR1 and the outside lip appears to be plastic. The lip paint has somehow chipped and exposed chrome underneath. Not pleased with that all.”

“Ordered rims for my rs5. Great rims, as described. However, customer service was poor. Sent me the wrong lug kit (needed lug bolts). When I spoke to customer service, they said they would expedite the shipping, but didn't send it out until 5 days later, and on top of that, ground shipping, which took another week. I told them I was already on a spare tire and needed the rims ASAP. Update: customer service manager called me and let me know lug kit was sent by different vendor that did not uphold their end of the bargain, and apologized, as well as compensated me for inconvenience. Thank you!”

“From the initial telephone call, sales rep was very informative and did not hesitate to look up wheels for my vehicle. Most places would not even give a customer the time of day over the phone. They are very friendly and professional. I will definitely use them again. Thanks guys!”

“I shopped around both locally and on line. You had the model and size I needed in stock and at the most reasonable price that I could find. Despite ordering between Thanksgiving and Christmas, I received the confirmation email right away and the items ordered were on my doorstep more quickly then I expected. I also only received necessary correspondence, I was not spammed by this or other companies. I am completely satisfied and would recommend Element Wheels to anyone.”
