“I paid for the mount and balance. It was done wrong. Had to be redone at the shop. Gave me my money back but still. Two of my four tires had high road force numbers at my shop. Which means two of em were bad from the manufacturer. Element wheels got me two new ones sent out and they are much better. Took quite some time and I still had to pay for a second mount and balance for the two tires twice...ao there's that. But all in all good service and the wheels do look amazing”

“Overall happy with my purchase. Shipped fast, wheels are gorgeous. Things that bug me, I chose recommended offset and I didn't know what the offset was till the wheels arrived. With that I held off on tires as I wasn't sure what would be ideal. In the checkout it had two sets of lug nuts, 1 black 1 chrome. I couldn't remove either one individually. I was charged for both but only chrome arrived. I'm assuming the $200 discount that was automatically applied was for this reason?”

“Wheels look great but I did not like that I had to sign for the shipment and that it came in 3 different packages. Because pf having to sign for the package I had to take off work most of the week and still had to go pick up my packages from FedEx.”

“Have bought several sets of wheels at element. The most recent set had an issue with paint flaking off the centers after only a month. Variant Wheels was reluctant to work with me on new centers. Element sent them out without question. Will continue to shop here for future wheel purchases.”

“Wheels look great. Customer service was great with answers to Fitment questions as I narrowed down selections. Would use again and not waste my time with the other companies who treated Fitment knowledge like grandmas secret cookie recipe and no stock. Great job the first time Foose Outcast 20 x 8.5 +35, 20x10 +40 On stock 2011 Camaro 2SS automatic”

“I am very pleased with the rims, price and delivery time. The only thing i didn't like was during the installation i was told by the service guy that my rims were without sensors. I wish i had known that. It still ended up great! I would absolutely do business with u guys again.”
