“First time customer. Ordered near £100 of stock. Clearly stated the expected dispatch was the next day on their website.
1 week later I receive an e-mail saying it is delayed. I call up the store for 2 weeks after this e-mail, just to be told they expect it in the Friday delivery.
Nearly a month later I do not have my order and there has been no communication & no follow up to e-mails.
Finally I received a refund!
It may be bad timing but I will not use Element Games again.”
