“I ordered a Geekvape Aegis Legend 200w Limited Edition kit (Xmas Red & Gold) from Elementvape and payed nearly $90 for it as they are the only site that still has that very rare color still in July 2020. Somehow, I recieved someone else's order entirely.
I sent pictures and the proof they requested to their support team, and within 2 days they shipped out a full replacement.
So even though there was an issue with my order, the way they handled it definitely earns them 5 stars. Instead of blame the customer or refuse to help, they issued me a replacement immediately and were very polite and responded almost immediately to every email. I was very pleasantly surprised.
To others who may have had issues with packages being lost by USPS, giving bad ratings to EV, I say this - when that happens, it falls on USPS to replace the package contents which unfortunately is always a run around. A company may only be making a dollar or so on a bottle of e liquid - so for them to replace your entire order And cover shipping due to something that is entirely not their fault, it would bankrupt them in the long run. If a company has a good relationship with USPS and knows they will cover the lost package, they may just send you the replacement before USPS fulfills their end of things, but that is the ideal scenario and not always the case.
It sucks as the customer when that happens, but you cannot really blame a company for a mistake that was made entirely by the shipping provider.

I’ve placed many orders with this company and there was only ONE time where I had a missing battery (stuff happens sometimes) and they sent it out right away. A feel like a more accurate measure of a company is how they respond when something goes wrong. It’s easy when everything goes right any company looks good in that situation. Element though got my battery to me very quickly and always responded to my inquiries.”

“Ordered Vape juice from Element. Item got lost through USPS system. I emailed Element and they told me to contact USPS. I did and was told it was on the way. 2 weeks past the due delivery date, still no items. I contacted Element again and their response was TO CONTACT USPS. I then told them I wanted either a refund or replacement and they responded by saying they would get in touch with USPS. 2 WEEKS late and they NOW say they are going to contact USPS?
I told them that I put in a dispute with my credit card company to get a refund and Element responded: "As you have confirmed a dispute has been filed with your card issuer, no further action is required. Have a great day."
Rather than give me a refund, they would rather have the customer go through their credit card company and file a report.

“I have been a loyal customer for some time and spend a great deal of money here purchasing items for myself, my husband and my mother. I recently ordered more coils (which I have done many times). I received a packing slip listing the correct coils but the coils enclosed were wrong. I contacted them and was told I needed to request a return, fill out the RMA form on my own, provide my own packaging and return the incorrect items before they would send the correct ones. They never even apologized for their mistake, only for the "inconvenience", and ignored the part of my email that said I would be taking my business elsewhere. So basically I waited over a week and eventually ran out of coils, and had to order them from somewhere else (though they were $2 less per box, so that was a win). Given the fact that their prices are significantly higher than most places, you would think they would make up for it in customer service. Unfortunately it is severely lacking. There is no telephone number to call, you can only email them, and their email responses are clearly scripted. So disappointed. I didn't want a discount or anything free, I just wanted the coils I ordered. Instead I was treated like it was my mistake and they were very concerned that I would keep the incorrect coils they sent, which I have no use for!”

“I’ve ordered several Mods and juice from Element Vape. I am ready to buy 2 more kits. On my last order I ordered the wrong size batteries. I contacted them about a month ago I’m an attempt to swap them for smaller ones when I ordered 2 more kits. A week went by, no response. To this very moment I’ve yet to hear anything from them. They are Very helpful and have great customer service UNLESS you have something to swap or return, then you seem to be on your own. Well that doesn’t really work for me. I believe customer service is a big selling point of any business and this one doesn’t seem to care much after they get your money. I guess return business isn’t a big goal. I guess I will absorb the cost of these 4 batteries and take my business elsewhere. Very disappointing...”
