“I didn’t read that if an order is delivered to the wrong address or stolen they will not be held responsible. This is on me for not being aware of their policy but a policy that others should be aware off specifically if you are planning on making a larger purchase.
My big issue is that the only response I received was “sorry you did not receive your order”
So I’m now just eating the cost of my purchase and they don’t seem to care in the slightest”
“These guys are the best, yes sure you may have an issue here than there. But when is that not expected? No one is perfect, however they strive to provide excellent pricing as well as customer service and support.
A lot of the times they have no control over it anyhow, you can't fault the company for defective devices sent to them. However, you can appreciate how quickly they go about rectifying your issues to the best of their abilities.

Another vape shop I dealt with (Eight Vape) sent me 3 incorrect coil packages (the coils inside were not the same type as the package) and they told me it was not their problem and I needed to go to the manufacturer. They would not exchange or refund. Needless to say I was devastated and very disappointed. I lost $30 and there was nothing I could do about it because I had ordered other things on the order so I didn’t feel right about doing a chargeback.
