“I ordered a prince stick from Element Vape and received last night when I returned home from work. Have not used the device at all because every time I put liquid into the tank it just leaks out. I just received it yesterday and still using my old one. Any other store that I have dealt with in the past replaces defective devices that they sell but they will not do anything. I don't particularly care about the return policy because there is no way that you can determine if the device is defective or not by not opening it. That just makes no sense at all. I asked for at least a replacement tank and they will not send me one. I will never order from them again due to this. I have wasted liquid, another coil and tried to change the seals and still continues to leak. The response I received was that all tanks leak a little bit. This isn't the case with this one as it just empties the thing out completely. I know tanks leak a little. I have one that does so and it is hard to prevent that but for a tank to completely empty out once it is full is an issue with the tank. The glass is not broken and is in perfectly good shape. I feel like regardless if it is there device or not they should honor the sale and try to help their customers out but do not do anything but provide you a link of their policies that don't make any sense at all because you would never know a device to be defective unless you actually open up the device.”

“Both tanks arrived with the replacement glass removed and missing. When I contacted Element their customer service stated they are not responsible for their products, and offered me a $5 store credit for $50 of tanks missing parts. I highly recommend not doing business with this company, refusing any responsibility for what you sell is an insane business practice. There are so, so many better retailers to go with.”
“I would highly recommend Element. I order from them all the time. I have never had any issues. They have a great selection and very good prices. I bought a mesh coil tank from them and it’s by far my favorite tank. The shops around me locally have terrible selections, high prices and ripped me off by selling my a broken mod. I use Element every time now and have had no problems”

“Only have ordered a handful of times from Element Vape, but my last order ended up having a faulty mod that had quit after turning on and firing once. Emailed the team and within a day had a return label. A couple days after that the item was successfully returned and my account credited. All in all, I will definitely be a returning customer by their outstanding customer service.”
“Company was responsive which is why they received the 3 stars. Unfortunately they do not refund shipping on an item that came defective. They dont offer replacements so you basically only get refunded for the order minus the shipping so you lose out on $8. And if you want to re-order you will have to pay the shipping again and hope that 2nd time is a charm or else you would lose another 8 on shipping.”

After a lengthy process company waited to receive their incorrect equipment before shipping the correct vaporizer. Company took my monies easy enough but would not trust sending me the purchased equipment until receiving their mistake. Entire process took a multiple weeks. Would not recommend”
