This company is a disaster. A true disaster. They have a lot of good stuff on their page, but if you bought and paid for it -- you are not guaranteed that you will receive it. They may send a wrong item -- they did it twice with me (out of my four orders, near $800 totally). They may write you after a while (after a week) that they actually don't have what you ordered (it happened twice with two other orders), and they may issue a refund. They don't care about you as a customer, but they like to take your money. Some items (like some wires for coils that they sell) are true health hazards. They are tolerant to your arguments -- in that they ignore them. They show zero (or negative) respect to you in their messages even if they are completely wrong. Element Vape deletes most of negative reasonable reviews from its pages. Yet sometimes they may leave one or a couple of 1-2-star reviews to look genuine, but they remove most of negative reviews to intentionally misguide customers. Most of Element Vape products (if not all) are made in China without any real quality control. Potentially it is very dangerous, because low quality vape products may be extremely harmful for health. Without sincere reviews it is impossible even to guess what is good and what may bring you or your loved ones to a hospital. The only reason that I give them 2 stars out of 5 is that they ship fast sometimes. But probably I should be thankful here to the U.S. postal service providers instead... The single reason why Element Vape is still in business is the lack of that type of companies in the U.S.A., that's all.

Elelment cape have been so wonderful in helping me find my package I ordered....when I didn't get a email with a tracking number I wait a couple of days and I still didn't get anything in the mail or email so I contacted element vape and they was able to find out y and get a tracking number I accidentally miss spelled my email so they was a big help

I’ve been ordering from Element for yrs and I recently had a problem with a Mod as soon as it came in. Contacted Customer service, included my problem with a video/pics, got a form sent to me and sent the mod back and got the choice of store credit or my money. Of course I took store credit and one of my favorite online vape shops. Fast shipping, good prices, and top notch customer service.

Still waiting for an order to arrive, that was missing from a previous order. Order made through breezy.com on the same day was here in 3 days. They are now my go to shop. As they should be yours too.

Unfortunately I decided to order my Vape pens (2) from Element Vape. I have used this exact brand/style for more than 3 years. I usually purchase elsewhere and NEVER had an issue. So I was surprised that immediately out of the box there was a problem ... I threw out a brand new coil and tried another one thinking that was the issue it was not.. So what I thought would be not a big deal... explain the situation ....exchange it good to go.... but nope After multiple emails ... finally with an email from them asking me for a video of “ air flow problem” which please explain how I show air in a video ... when I asked them that exact question the next response was Unfortunately, airflow issues are not covered under our 30-Day Limited Warranty. As this issue can be caused by many factors. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. Now this was BRAND NEW JUST DELIVERED ... that is how they handle a defective product. So purchase at your own risk... I’ll go back to where I have never had an issue purchasing the same item...

The customer service was terrible in my experience. I’ve been using them for a few years now and unfortunately they just lost a customer. They screwed up my order and did not try to work with me on fixing it. I was very disappointed. I could understand if I ordered the wrong item but no, they sent the wrong item. Let’s just say if they send you the wrong item be prepared to wait another week to week and a half to receive the product. It honestly just seemed like they didn’t give a f**k, that’s how I took it.

Great selection and great prices BUT take your business and hard earned money elsewhere! It seriously pains me to write a bad review. I’m all about supporting the vape business and community, seeing as it is slowly dying off. I’ll start off with most websites offer free shipping. Didn’t mind forking over the eight dollars but it takes a whole week for the parcel to be delivered and all that tells me is that the operations at their fulfillment center or warehouse is very poor because even after the day of purchase it still took a whole 24 hours for them to process my order. God forbid you were to want a refund or an exchange for anything. Because that’ll cost you too (don’t expect them to pay for the return label). Best they can do is “store credit” by the way and don’t expect to use all of it as they still want you pay a dollar and shipping on top of that. This is just my experience.

Firstly they shipped it out next day received in 4 business days. Second I got a Species V2 for $31.99 + a Wake Mod Littlefoot $9.99! This Mod rocks and the RDA is Top notch. I'll definitely be back for future purchases!

Great company with quick shipping and delivery, even in these hard times of delays. They have a good selection and site layout. Customer service was great to work with on the single issue I have had with the company, over probably 10 or so orders. This is why I return to ElementVape and will continue to.

been a customer for years, have never had an issue, shipping is always fast, prices are always great, staff is always on point. had my first issue this last order with a DoA battery, all they asked for was proof it was DoA a short video recorded, and they sent me a new one. can never recomend these guys enough always top notch and my go to vendor.

This is my go to site they always do me good.i gave them 5 stars was they are a good company was going to give them like 2 stars cause them messed up my order and sent wrong thing but I contacted them and they fixed the problem quickly and are sending me the correct one..there customer service is top notch and in my opinion they deserve 5 stars because of there customer service I will always continue to order from them. yea they sent me wrong thing but some times it happens

I ordered nunchaku 2 glass from element vape but received nunchuku 1 glass instead so I reached out to them. The responded that same day and started to look into the issue. They confirmed the wrong glass was sent and they said to keep the wrong glass and started to send me the new glass right away. It sucks I'm without a vape for a few more days but I'm glad they made it right in the end.
