I some how put the wrong address on my order :/ I think the zip code ran in to the address, and my order got returned to sender, so I was pretty frustrated, but I contacted customer service and they were amazing!!! Once they receive my order back, they repacked, corrected the label, and will send me an email when they ship it, they have sent me an email updating me along the way. Thank you”

They responded with a second solution that allowed me to fill out paperwork to claim the missing product. They then took care of the issue by providing me with a store credit for the item, as I had requested. I am very very pleased with the speed and quality of their solution.”

I’m usually ordering when I’m low or almost out of juice or pods so shipping is really top priority.
