“Element Vape has wonderful customer service, however, if you happen to get a faulty device (I had to reorder 2 times) they DO NOT refund Adult signing fees or postage. You would think after getting 2 faulty devices, they would pay those fees to make their customer whole on defective devices. “Been a customer for 1-2 years and with little issue, only issue was I ordered a disposable vape and they ran out of the flavor I selected, I asked to have the flavor changed so I didn't have to refund it and it was quickly resolved. Prices are good, ejuice and coils are fairly priced and mods are cheaper than buying at a vape shop. shipping can be costly but if you buy in bulk the cost isn't much of an issue. My biggest fav of element vape is their variety in everything, whatever you are looking for they got it I would highly recommend element vape for all your vaping needs.”
